I will never return here again. I had a bad experience last year when we ordered milkshakes on the app and had an extremely long wait... so a year later we gave it another try. We checked in this evening at 9:58pm. Order was said to be ready 9:56. I'm patient, so we waited 10 minutes. I then asked my husband to press the red button and the worker said " oh we closed" . After telling him we already ordered through the app and he asked for my name and said " oh we don't have no order with that name, you gotta go through the drive through". The drive through line was super long, so I called and said it's not fair for us to have to wait in a long line when we pre-ordered milkshakes. He then said "oh, I'm sorry about the long line but I don't have your order..." ( my name was on the screen) "oh... I found your order pull to the handicapped spot and it will be right out". 20 more minutes (30 total) still nothing. I called and asked for the manager "this me.. oh you the one I told to sit down.. I mean pull around. I said no I actually spoke to a male". She then came outside upset and with a frustrated tone saying "it's only 2 of us... we trying.. I got my kids here... they ain't train me to give a refund. We making your order but other orders coming through so we might have missed your order". My husband told her to calm down.. we just want to get what we paid for, we have our kids in the car too and its going on 40 minuyes now... Long story... but yes... we finally got our shakes and guess what..... they were not full and INCORRECT. I contacted corporate for a refund. I will never return again. It's not worth it. PLEASE TRAIN THE MANAGERS PROPERLY AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULDNT BE...
Read moreThe wait was not what I expected from Sonic. I had my 17 month old granddaughter and we were just out having fun, going to to the park and to eat. After leaving the park I decided that we were going to have Sonic in the car so I parked at a stall to order. After looking over the menu the sign still showed that I had pushed the red light and that they would be there soon (I don’t remember the exact words). The wait was waaay more than I have ever experienced at a Sonic so I backed out and went to the drive thru only to have to wait even longer, the young lady at the window felt like she was half way taking my order so I asked her to repeat it and I corrected her reminding her no mustard on my granddaughter’s burger. When I finally got to the window I went to pass my card to the female at the window and she asked me, pointing to the card reader under the window “ what does that say?”and I squinted and said “return”. She wasn’t nasty in tone but I feel like she could have said swipe here or something to that effect, I did and waited still for my food and yes low and behold it was mustard on that cold burger when I got home to feed my granddaughter. Read moreWent to get ice cream only. We went through the drive thru. As soon as we pulled up, the staff immediately told us to hold. We were on hold for about 5 mins. Another person then came on the intercom stating we could place our order. After repeating the same order twice (Big scoop cookie dough sundae & a butterfinger blast), there was no response. After about 3 minutes, I said “hello, did you all get the order?” Another person responded, “I’ll be right with you”. Another 5 minutes go by, another employee speaks and says “Okay, you can go ahead with your order” (at this point I’m confused) I repeat the same order mentioned above. She then says, “We’re out of scoops” , okay cool. I then asked for a Reese’s blast instead of that. She says okay. After about 5 seconds, she says “Oh, we’re out of Reese’s too” I then order a Oreo blast. After placing the order, we pull up to the window. After paying, we ended up waiting for 10 minutes to receive our “ice cream”. The ice cream they gave us were milkshakes instead. We told them the issue and they replied “Can y’all pull forward, the ice cream machine is a little slow today. It’ll take about 5-10 minutes”. We kindly declined and asked for a refund.
