Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I really hate to do this. I have been here multiple times and tonight was the night I guess. Usually there are no issues and online ordering ahead of time should be a no-brainer. Unless there is mismanagement and/or incorrect staffing.

I placed an online order a couple hours ahead of time to be ready at 1745 and I walked out with my order at 1827. I arrived ONPREM at 1743.There was ONE person in the back cutting, boxing, and taking orders (dealing with problems) and ONE person doing the pizza prep at dinner time. A random third showed up but by then it was too late. There was bad weather, heavy rain; so I imagine a few call outs. Can't drive in the rain I suppose. Good LORD the line in the store was ridiculous. It seemed like it was UN-STAFFED for an hour with the delay.

Unacceptable is what I gotta say. You cant operate like this. Where is the Owner/Operator? NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. Customers were angry, upset, talking to me like, "what the hell is going on?" If you care about your business then be there when it needs you. I asked the guy cutting/boxing how long my order would be 25 minutes into my wait. He simply told me to give him a few minutes. There were no attempts to pacify customers. ZERO attempts to interact; from any member back there. No incentives, no, "here, have a drink while you wait," type things. I would have instinctively been apologizing profusely and offering simple small cups of soda or something to people standing there for so long. Engaging some. It takes seconds to do so. I would have been transparent, kind, and humble. The staff here are only doing the bare minimum. And that is fine. If that is what the Owner/Operator expects.

I was a Manager at Chik-Fil-A years ago and I know you cant compare; because no one can match that standard, but, watching the fumbling around tonight was really telling about how this store is run when things get hectic. It isn't prepared.

So a caution to customers: Maybe rethink going during busy hours, i.e. lunch or dinner, and go ONLY when your meal schedule or hunger strikes at OFF TIMES. They are not equipped to handle volume under duress and their staff will not RESPECT YOUR LOST...

Sub par customer service. Gentleman working around 11 on May 25th was extremely rude and condescending. I can only insinuate as to why he would speak the way he was to me. I am not a regular of this store and came in for a quick lunch for family that just flew into town. He was talking over me when I looked at the menu before I could even try and say what I wanted he was trying to "go back to making pizzas" as he was busy. Of course this attitude is extremely inappropriate and as someone who has worked in customer service (even food service) I KNOW its not how an employee should behave regardless of the workload in waiting. He attempted to make up for it by giving me a bag of cookies for the kids I was feeding- once again this is an assumption. He was trying to ask me questions without actively engaging me first which as someone who doesn't hear well is frankly annoying. Then to be annoyed that I didnt know he was speaking to me and that I didnt hear him was atrocious. He then proceeded to make sure I was able to handle my order as well as my children while there were other customers in the store- customers he was friendly with from the start. At the end of this God awful transaction I wasnt even given my receipt which I didnt notice til later that day. My fault for not making...

I stay across the highway from this location and I ride right pass it and go to the other one. This location has the nastiest pizza Ever. No cheese no sauce. The other 2 are very good and i highly recommend them. Don't let this location be your first experience with little ceasars pizza bacause it will mess it up for the other store that have good tasting pizza. Like what the hell do they be thinking about when they are making that crappy mess. I hate this location pizza!!!!!!!!! With all my heart. It's sad that they don't take theses reviews in consideration for the sake of the customers. Don't get pizza at this location pizza!!!!!! Until they learn to make it like the other locations. I wanna beat the store up.!!!! Service is great but the pizza is horrible. The pizza must sit in the warmer to long and not being timed out properly cause it clearly not dry and stale. I hate you little ceasars on...
