Molly Ramen•Poke•Tea — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

There are 3 locations for this restaurant, but I have only been to two. The Greenbrier location in Chesapeake and the College Park location in Virginia Beach. I like the second location better and I will tell you why. We ordered online, and the pickup was in 10 minutes. I got there, and the food was ready for pickup and the staff was really friendly. We order a strawberry green tea and a Honeydew green tea with strawberry popping boba. Both were delicious and refreshing. For our appetizers, we had the veggie spring rolls. They were light and crunchy, plus they came with sauce. For our entrees, we had teriyaki chicken. I had mine with white rice, veggies, and extra spicy sauce. My husband had his with fried rice and extra spicy sauce. Our daughter had the kids chicken Ramen. She also, on another occasion, had the chicken and fried rice. Sorry, no pic of the kids Ramen. We really enjoyed our food and drinks. I will keep ordering from this location because the Greenbrier location doesn't make their spicy sauce like them. For those...

HORRIBLE! I do not like posting reviews however as bad as what this was and for the cost I had to share my experience. First time customer here. I tried to place a order with the staff. I was quickly shown all orders are to be done with kiosk. Ok, no problem...never saw a sign to place order here..but ok. Staff was not helpful and did not want to be bothered to answer any questions.

Now for the food..HORRIBLE, I ordered a sushi roll salmon avocado, house bowl (poke) with sushi rice, and chicken ramen. The staff put some rice in a bowl then squeezed some sushi rice vinegar (i believe that was what it was)on the rice. That is not how to make sushi rice. With the actual roll, they just used plain white rice. No taste at all for that roll. I will say the chicken ramen that I ordered, ramen was good, broth good, and chicken was not grilled but rubbery boiled taste with marks that looked grilled. It was very expensive and will...

For this place to have such quality food and the cost, the location is odd. I love Ramen and this is my 1st time eating it authentically. I really like it. The only thing I didn't like is that the menu says grilled chicken. The chicken for my Ramen was not grilled. It looked boiled to me though it had flavor. I didn't eat the chicken or peas (I just don't like peas).

I was super pleased and excited about how thoughtfully the food was wrapped. The smoothie I can best describe as an adult sippy cup. I will be drinking out of that cup for maybe a day or 2 before I throw it away. The food was in a bento box!!! The Ramen and other things were separate from the broth. I added the Ramen and other things to it and it was really good. Next time I will get the vegetable Ramen with the nuggets. The nuggets was good too. Can't wait to try another drink.
