UPDATE* We have tried them again in the last couple of months and they have drastically improved their service and quality of food. Giving them 4stars! Great job to the team and store owner for bringing their reputation back!
Well, this place is definitely going down the hill. Hope they are looking at the reviews. And highly recommend you check your order before leaving. Customer service is good when they finally talk to you, but when they see you and not serve you...is kind of!? I did take out and all they had to do was give me the food even after I told them what I was doing, but they were probably busy with something. This is the second time I have experienced this. And food...We normally get spicy potato tacos and glad they came back, but last two times have been an issue for us. We barely get any potatoes in it. The first time, the manager showed what they are supposed to give, but accommodated and gave more upon request. I had to go back to get it corrected. So my expectations were already set on low quantity. Well this time, out of the 7, 1had only one potato as you can see in the picture. It's still good in compare to the whole order I guess, but c'mon 1 potato? Can't you see that it doesn't have anything in there? Read moreArrived in drive thru at 0202 and was asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant. Did not get informed about the wait time or how long it would take to get our food. We did not receive our food until 0225. There was never any apology for the wait once the food arrived. During our wait for our food we noticed other customers were pulled up as well. We witnessed angry customers beeping their horns and banging on the door asking about their orders. We witnessed the 2 workers cleaning the lobby and the outside of the store instead of prepping our food. When our food finally arrived my husband checked the bag and the food was lukewarm. I had requested extra ground beef on my nacho bellGrande and there was not any extra ground beef. I requested a soft taco supreme instead of a hard one and received a hard taco. We were given no straws for our drinks. By the time the employee brought our food to the car, he quickly went back inside without giving us an opportunity to request straws. Read moreCustomer service was awful! I am a senior. After figuring how to place order, went to counter, waited for someone to come. He asked "can I help you?" I was the only one standing there. I told him I was there to pick up my order. I stood there watching them prepare approximately 4 orders for drive ups. There were no cars there when I arrived. Maybe they had called ahead and those orders were before walkins. Finally my order came. I asked why it took so long? he said they were short of help; only one cashier. I saw two workers hanging out in the dining room on their cell phone and conversing with each other. Maybe they were off the clock, but the custmer does not know that. One of the two would go back when needed to work the window and collect my money. After I paid my bill, I asked about the senior discount. He asked did I announced that I was a senior before paying, of course I hadn't. I understand that but that was just one more thing to add to my frustration.
