Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesapeake

On Monday, December 18th, 2023, I entered Taco bell at 929 N Battlefield Boulevard Chesapeake, VA Virginia, around 5pm I was the only customer inside I went to the front counter to place my order. After a few minutes and people looking at me, a lady asked me if I was ready to place my order. I said yes, and she asked me to use the key ask machine behind me. I explained to her that there wasn't an option to put beef on my cheesy roll-up, and she said yes, there was, go to add or modify. I said unless you changed something, the option wasn't there. After about five minutes trying to find this option, she mentioned, I went up to the counter and waited patiently about another 5 minutes. Finally, I spoke up by saying, excuse me, to the same lady who told me to place the order at the kiosk. I told her I could not find the option, and she said give me a minute. Well, about another 5 minutes, she finally came out and attempted to help me. She quickly realized the option was not up there and told me to continue with my order and press pay cash and then come to the front. As soon as I started placing my order I heard her say, attention everyone there's gonna be about a 35 to 40 minute weight on food. I didn't quite hear her, so I asked her if she just said it would be 30- 45 minutes before I received my food. She replied yes. I asked her how that was possible with nobody in the dining room, and she said there were many orders placed before me. I then told her that if she had helped me from the beginning and not delayed several times, I might not have been in that situation. Probably close to 30 minutes had gone by now, and I decided to leave. I don't feel they really wanted to help me at all. Not very customer...

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to!!! Your two ladies that work the 2am shift need to be fired..There ruid,lazy and and straight disrespectful..They made my order wrong came back to get what I thought was gonna be right the second time to a sloppy cold burrito that was nothing of what I ordered..To be honest idk what the hell it was..Took that back and got my money back..After looking at what they gave me to eat I didn't want them touching nothing that I would put in my mouth..They are nasty and someone is gonna get sick behind there cold slop..And for them to think it's funny and not care shows me what kinda employees they are!! The kind that need to be fired as a business owner myself if I had two employees like them running my business at night knowing they don't care about my customers and there experience and making sure they are satisfied with what there hard earned money paid for I would close the doors cause it's embarrassing to have unprofessional carless just here for a paycheck help being the face of what I'm trying to build..Which goes to show by reading the comments this has been going on for awhile now and nothing has been done about it so the owner must be just like them..Cause if he or she cared there would have been a change in the 1st bad review not 100 later and people are still having issues.. Horrible place of business I don't recommend this taco bell at all.. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! FYI there are people out there who take there job seriously and care about there...

Im not sure how the service at this store is during the day time, but I would avoid going here late at night. Last night I had 2 mobile orders to pickup. With 3 cars ahead of me, It took over 30 minutes to get up to the window to pick up the first order and sat there while the young lady had her back to the window for about 10 minutes while she played on her phone. When she decided to do her job and acknowledge that i was there, i gave her tge name and she couldn't findthe order until she looked up at tge front counter. The order I was picking up, had been sitting on the lobby pickup shelf for a good 25 minutes. 20 minutes later when I return for another order, it took 10 minutes to get up to the speaker box and no one answered. I pulled forward and there was 2 cars ahead of me. It took over 40 minutes to get up to the window, when I did the young lady inside just handed me a order with out checking. When I told her it was not my order she grabbed it back and asked who i was picking up for. She then handed me the right order which I could not fell any heat coming from the bag. So I delivered ice cold food to the customer.

I will note that the young lady made a big food safe violation because she took food back after passing it out to give to someone else.

I've made multiple attempts to contact the manager or the GM and no one answers the phone.

This location needs to be re-staffed with employees that care about what they are getting paid to do.

My next step will be to contact Raco...
