Update: Well, my Father went back up to the store and spoke to the manager. They remade the order and set everything right for this order. So, I'll bring my 1 star back up to a 4 star. That last star will require a lot of improvement in the next few visits. At the least the managers for this store are willing to make up for the poor performance. And again that last star will be had for future performance goals met satisfactorily. Thanks for caring.
Good?!?! They usually are, as of late the QUALITY has been bordering on HORRID!!! Everytime in the last few months it takes the staff at least one sandwich that has to be completely remade. Well, normally we dine in as to get the food and be sure it is right, but tonight we were carry out. We did a quick look and all seemed ok, until we got home. First, my father's chilli had "NO" "MEAT" in it. the server had to go to the back to fill the bowl, and apparently only skimmed the top of the chilli and not getting any of the meat in it. Next, my mother opens her Single w/ Cheese, ordered with light everything and "NO" onion. Guess what...... ONION! Well due to the time and everything, we did not have time to go back, and so we call the store.... over 8 times in the last 30 to 40 minutes and never an answer. What the actual heck!!! It was not that heavy a service tonight, and got our order within 10 minutes, but this is getting to be to much of a normal experience of incompetence on the staff not being able to put together the order properly. I mean, if you don't think my 26 dollar order is not worth being made right, then I'll take my money elsewhere. Just terrible. I am specifically leaving a 1 star because of them continually missing 1 simple request the last 3 times I’ve visited here. “Can you please put fresh chicken in the fryer for my order?” It seems that this message is either not delivered to the cooks or the cooks just don’t care. I’ve had stale and dry chicken here numerous times. It is clear that at this location, the customers needs are not a priority. The focus is more on “speed” and “production” versus taking care of the paying customer.
It is also evident that the leadership here at this location is lacking positivity and a good attitude. Seems like the managers are miserable and don’t want to be there (that’s fine if that’s how you feel but don’t let the customer see that). I get it. Fast food - its not the greatest field or job. I’ve worked fast food too. But while you work somewhere, at least try to represent the company in a positive light with a good attitude and smile on your face!”.
The customer service I experienced today was completely unacceptable!!! They were short and dry at the drive through and acted like what I needed did not matter!!!
I will note that the intercom rep who took our order and payment was VERY friendly and professional. Beware of the people at the second window though!
If the owner or district manager is reading this. Please note that the managers here could do a way better job in their customer service skills. I recommend you to either find new people to lead well or retrain the managers at...
Read moreOne of the worst services I have received from this location. Tonight I walked in and there was a line which was to be expected. One of the customers ahead of me had a little bit of a big order. Which was fine but when I placed my order that same gentleman was still waiting for his food. There was 2 customers behind me that order and one of them was an associate who just gotten off work. That associate received her food before the guy I mentioned above and myself. Please explain to me how that is fair. Now mind you there was about 6 or 7 people working back there and there should have been no reason why I had to wait as long as I did just to get a burger and fries. None the less be skipped to service the needs of an associate who was 2 customers behind me. It’s still took awhile to get my food after that along with the same gentleman.
