This place was GREAT! Some of the best food options for me! My mom and I tried the fried zucchini for an appetizer and it was absolutely delicious! The ranch to dip in was also yummy as well! I ordered the baked mac n cheese and I can definitely say it was one of the best i’ve ever had. If I lived closer I would be there all the time. The outdoor patio was very nice and very cute. The staff was wonderful and lively and made the dining experience even better. There also was a cat roaming around outside and it was just the cutest thing. Loved it here, wish I could come more often.

I ordered the steak. ($22) It was well seasoned, and that's about it. The piece of meat had a lot of tough spots. The piece was pretty small as well. The mashed potatoes were good. The green beans were undercooked. The other food that was ordered was better than the steak. The dessert was tasty, and I would recommend it. I did notice on my bill that I had a surcharge for using a CC. I felt food was overpriced and was not happy that I had to pay an additional fee to cover the fee for using a CC. Food quality vs. Service - Im not sure that it is worth the price.

When we got there the hostess young boy. Could not be any ruder if he tried. We asked for a booth near the bar ā€œhe sighed and rolled his eyesā€. Waitress was decent, pretty pushy about constantly ordering drinks. The burger I got was good but the amount of fries that came with it was a complete joke. Prolly about 15. That is another reason this restaurant is only getting a 3/5. Might come back when the patio is open but the kid that is a hostess needs some training and come on with the portions

Food - Is good depending what you order and is not fresh at all. I ordered the salmon last time. I ate it but it had that almost-gone taste — not unsafe, but not pleasant either. Vegetables were good. First time I ordered the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, I couldn’t eat it. It just had too much bbq sause.

Service - last time I went server did a really good job. She gave me recommendations, attentive, friendly, smiling always and all that. First time server couldn’t even offer a smile. Two times that I have been at this restaurant they are in a rush to do everything and move the people from the table to make more money. Which is understandable but not right. I come from a touristic area San Juan, Puerto Rico and I never did that to my guests. I’m not that kind of customer that stay for an hour at the table. If you want to do that type of restaurant just open a Mc Donald's.

Atmosphere- Couldn’t enjoy the nice ā€œPatioā€ they have because what I said before.

Please someone tell the management or owner. You don’t print operational cost at the customer checks. It make looks the restaurant like they don’t know what they doing in the restaurant industry. Giving you a recommendation. If you want to do it just say it since the beginning or put it at the menu not when the check gets to the table. That way you avoid that problem. Although it would best to include that operational cost to the food or drinks if is...

First time here!

Teen hostess needs to brush up on her people skills or work in another industry! So that started the evening out on the wrong foot.

THEN…I am heat intolerant and inside AC dining was closed, so our choices were to dine on the patio or go elsewhere. I was outvoted, so we stayed.

SMOKING PERMITTED along rail outside of bar ??? Seriously?? ( close to no smoking sign šŸ˜‚) and the wind was blowing all over the patio. DISGUSTING!!! Diners were moving to escape the assault from cigarette smoke. They obviously cater to the alcohol drinking/smoking crowd so be aware of their ā€œsmoking permittedā€ policy beforehand!

Our server, BRENNA C, was phenomenal! I will admit I was not in the best mood not being able to enjoy an air conditioned, comfortable, smoke free environment in which to dine, but she took it in stride. God bless her.

The food was very good. However, I do recommend serving beef stroganoff with proper egg noodles, not mac and cheese curly noodles! I’m Eastern European, so just a suggestion. The lemon chicken was so good served with rice pilaf and REAL FRESH, not mushy string beans. Delicious. The chicken was so tender; no knife necessary! Another one in our party had the chipotle chicken sandwich and was extremely satisfied and he’s very picky.

Just beware of cigarette smoke blowing around the dining area. Ugh! Total game...

We went on Browns preseason game day, on a Friday and the weather which had been great all day was turning rapidly. Normally we would reconsider dinner plans under the circumstances but we gave it a shot. when we arrived they were closing the patio and transitioning inside of which we had great communication from the Friendly host and manager. Somehow we found a couple patio bar seats and set up camp there. We were greated promptly and even though it was a big rush and constant turnover, nothing ever felt stressed. I noticed a ton of teamwork from the staff to help out the 2 bartenders and you could see the manager actively filling in when needed, which is refreshing. Our beers were cold, the food did take a minute which happens with the level of business they had but when it came out you could tell it didn't just sit in the window. Our app of onion petals which is for sure a simple choice on our part still came out first and was exactly what you want with that menu item. My medium rare Italian stallion burger and my lady's grouper platter came out fresh and was clearly ran out as soon as they were finished. Drinks and waters were never dry and it was an all around perfect experience. Kudos to their team for rocking it out. We...
