N8RDS FAMILY KITCHEN — Restaurant in Chester

I’m sorry no picture because I was over my lunch break by the time I got my food. 47 minutes for a salmon salad. A bowl of lettuce half cut up… micro portions of toppings, a piece of frozen salmon overcooked and dry. Baby this wasn’t even soup kitchen worthy. As a fellow chef I have faith yall can do better. Hopefully this was a one off… the customer service didn’t make it any better. Told me 20 minutes… came in 20… paid then stood there for about 5 minutes before I had to ask if it was almost ready… after the sigh from the cashier who asked the cook I hear from the back “I KNOW”… so I had to leave… clock back in and walk back to get my food. $17, 45 minutes and overcooked salmon bites and a head of half...

We were in the area and wanted something to eat. N8RDS showed up as less than 5 minutes away, so we went. The place was empty with exception of two women and two kids meandering around. The counter person there seemed like she was dying to be anywhere else but there. We ordered our food and then silence. No banter, no suggestions nothing. So we waited and about 25 minutes later we quietly received our food. 😐 There was more banter about who’d been to jail 50+ times, and whose kid was going to be light skinned. No return for me to try something that anyone else has raved...

Salmon burger was pretty good, but the crab fries were horrible. Please understand, I’m not a person who complains much, but this was ridiculous. The fries were not fully cooked (very hard ) and while I didn’t expect a lot of crab meat, there was just a sprinkle of crab in the center with a lot of old bay seasoning. 15 dollars!!!!!They were basically seasoned fries. If I didn’t live outside of the city, I would have definitely brought them back. I purchased 2 orders and they both went...
