No 1 China — Restaurant in Chester

I called an order in for pickup at 9:17pm, and was told it would be ready in 10mins. I arrived to pick up about 11mins later, told the minor girl that I was there to pick up, she had me pay and then took my receipt to the back. I waited 14mins more while apparently my food was being prepared. When the brought it to the counter, I asked was there a way thbey could save my number because I called the order in to not have to wait. The adult female yelled this is busy time.....I said okay, when I called in I was told 10mins, if I would have been told a different time that would have been fine. This lady totally ignored me from that point, and went on with whatever. I demanded a refund....she ignored me at first, but when she noticed I was reaching for my phone she refunded my money. It's 23° outside, felt like below 0 in there. Very poor...

This is only cause i have to give a star to begin with! Ordered my food for delivery at 8:10 here rolls around 9:20 and i never received my food. Or any other explanation than my food was on its way. I called to check on my food at about 8:50 they gave me a 35 minute eta so i called in 40. At about 9:20 I’m still being told to give him a minute. No thank you, you can keep that cold food to yourself. Simply requested a refund. ( because i paid by card) I will never support this business again. I went against my better judgement only to experience sheer disappointment. You live...

Placed call and ordered 35.00 worth of food then I pay with card and she took information, then afterwards she says you gonna tip driver. Which I find to be rude, if I decide to tip I will let you know. Then she says can you show your card and ID when we deliver. What I said to her I am at work, then she say can you show picture of these things, I told het no my son is going to be receiving it. This kills me that you want our money but you dont trust us. I will not order anything ever again from this place and neither should anyone else....
