I revoke my 5 star review that iv had on here for 2 years. For years i have ordered the same meal on my lunch break at work,so many times in fact they would recognize my voice through the drive thru speakers. I used to adore the servide i got, it was 5 star service and 5 star food. Recently, in the last few months the quality of service and food is hardly worth eating, let alone the prices for the food. I used to brag about how Culver's was better than most restraunts, and now when I receive a burger it's falling apart, cold and dry. I know what the burger is supposed to taste like, I never order anything different. I'm allergic to mayo and iv had a discussion with the staff discreetly because I didn't want anyone to get into trouble for being new. Iv gotten a bad meal in the past and iv had managment promptly fix my order and compensate me for my time. The last time I visited Culver's my meal was completely incorrect. I ordered a double bacon deluxe basket no mayo, no pickle. I received a double cheeseburger basket with mayo no bacon. I found this out when I got home, I was confident they had my order downtown a T because the young man repeated my order back to me and assured me my burger wouldn't have mayo. I was very busy as is, and was very disappointed I couldn't eat lunch given I was working on a vehicle at home, and couldn't afford the side affects of the mayo. I know this sounds ridiculous but in allergic to egg yolks, so the amount of mayo in burger will make my insides scream fire. I had my girlfriend return to Culver's for them to replace everything incorrectly again. This time no mayo, but no bacon. I paid an extra 3 dollars for sandwiches that weren't correct. Gas is 5 dollars a gallon. It costs me roughly 7 dollars one way and back. It cost me 15 dollars, plus 30 dollars for the meal that was incorrect. When my girlfriend arrived the 2nd time to get her money back for food uneaten, they said they would remake the order, but not refund because the receipt was unreadable. So after spending a 15 dollars in gas, 30 dollars for an overpriced meal and 2 star service iv concluded that lov a burger is superior to Culver's in every way. It costs 2 dollar more to get real food, where they have great service, and a wide menu. Honestly, it would take alot for me to come back to Culver's and speak so highly of it again. Iv gotten the run around like this more than once, but this time was a joke. Something seriously needs to be fixed or I doubt this location will stay...

I’ve been to the Culver’s at M-59 (Hall Rd) near I-94 by the Walmart several times since they opened. The burgers and fries are always very flat (need salt or seasoning) and the burgers are very greasy and they put too much of the condiments on them, making them very messy and runny. The fries are also a tad undercooked. I have been to the Culver’s at 13 and Little Mack many times and the food is much better. I’ve also been to the one at 23 Mile and Hayes because I live more out this way and I find the food is better than here, although not as good as the one in Roseville. I think you need to monitor the quality of the product coming out more and perhaps refine the way the burgers especially are being prepared. This isn’t just a one time thing. I have been here several times and, although I always hope it was just a fluke and it would hopefully improve, it hasn’t. The restaurant is otherwise very nice and clean and the employees are friendly enough. If you just made these few changes (a little salt on the burgers, less greasy, don’t slop on the condiments, salt and cook the fries a tad longer), you would be doing great. I’m typing this in my car after I just ate your food I got through your drive-thru. Same situation and the Coke is even flat and needing to be changed. Need better quality-control. I don’t mean to be negative. I tend to only brag when restaurants or companies do things right, but I felt compelled to write this because it’s been an ongoing problem and the sooner you fix it the better. Good luck!
Update: The past several times I’ve been to this Culver’s it has been really good! I’m not sure if they had different cooks before when it wasn’t the greatest, but I give it a solid 4 stars now....
Read moreTook the family to Culver's today 3/10/2024 at 10:45am, 15 minutes after they opened. It's been a while since the last time we visited and all I have to say is that I am not impressed.
First the trash receptacles were beyond full and totally neglected inside and outside, the in door trash receptacles had caked on katchup all over them.
The drink station was very sticky and dirty, with drain flies circling around, the overflow tray was disgusting, brown gunk and trash in it and the lid dispensers were empty.
The ketchup dispensers were filthy and had dried ketchup all over them.
None of the tables were wiped and the lobby floor was sticky with gunk in the grout lines and in the corners.
The window sills were filthy with dead bugs, and the floor behind the counter was filthy, junk everywhere and the workers just kept walking around it.
Our burgers were cold and sloppily put together without care, our cheese wasn't even melted.
The staff seem very disengaged and miserable, they all seemed to be between the ages of 16-23 and I didn't see a manager anywhere. The girl that brought our food to our table seemed aggravated. I would certainly blame management for not managing.
The "push" side of the bathroom door was filthy from dirty hands.
Very disappointing.
Most likely we will not be revisiting this location again, there are plenty of mom and pop smash burger joints in the area that have pride and integrity.
I spent almost $40 there for below mediocre food and a deplorable, neglected restaurant. I've been to low-key family ran coney islands that are kept...
