This has been one of the slowest Drive Throughs I've ever seen. I have known it to be slower than others but usually am patient because I have paid lunch breaks and can afford to wait. However, today I was with my girlfriend who has a 30 minute lunch break and we spent 23 of those minutes in the drive through line at this location and I took some notes. During our wait there were 5 cars in front of me It took 15 minutes to get to order with 2 of the cars driving off. leaving them 15 minutes to take 2 other orders before mine in total I saw 4 cars drive off in those 15 minutes. So doing some quick math if you average 15 dollars an order x4 cars driving off every 15 minutes you are losing a potential 240 dollars an hour and if this persists the entire day up to nearly 4800 dollars per day. When I got up to the window I saw 2 employees who could not even keep up with this snails pace of service and a manager who did not seem the least bit interested in helping. This was at 12:09pm - 12:32pm I spent over 10 years in food service on the line and as a manager and was very confused at the level of service this location operates at. Because of the long wait time my girlfriend has said she will never return to this location for fear she will be late returning from lunch causing problems at her own place of employment. Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience yesterday. We ordered thru the app. Three meals and 2 sides. Pulled up to the drive thru and there was one car ahead of us and no cars in the parking lot. At the speaker we were told it would be a moment, waited about 4 minutes to simply tell them we had an app order. Got to the window was told to pull up, still the only ones there. Waited 7 mins for the bag of food and only two of the 3 drinks. He went back to get the other drink and while he was gone we looked thru the bag to find one while meal and both sides were missing. When he came back we notified him and he said he'd be right back. Another 5 mins went by so I went inside to find out what was happening. Was told by a lady it was coming, she handed me two small bags one with the chicken fries we were missing and the rest of the order, all was cold and not fresh. By the time we got back to work the first bag of food we received was ice cold, didn't receive any BBQ sauce, onion rings were inedible. Horrible experience and will not be returning to this restaurant again. What a waste of money, the franchise owner needs to get involved. Read moreOrdered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit at 10:25 on a Friday and within five minutes of leaving there and open it to eat it the whole thing is harder than a rock. I called back to talk to a manager who would not give me his name and told him about it and he asked me what I wanted to do. I said well you’re not serving breakfast anymore but why would you serve breakfast to customers that is very hard, He did not answer me and just hung up. Very Beyond rude for being a manager and he said he was and this is February 14 the morning shift 1030 breakfast finishing up time so whatever manager that is on duty. Is very rude and does not care about his customers or the food or quality of the food that they put out! I called back again and asked if I could have the corporate number and I was asked why I said because I would like to have the corporate number please I was speaking very nicely. The response was well. We need to know why you need it in order to give it to you.. I asked if a customer asked for an owners number of a place or the corporate number isn’t that to be given out and I got hung up on again, By the same manager because he had the same voice.
