Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

We go to Dunkin all the time, to different locations, but this location is the worst. It does not matter what time of day we go or what day. My family and I have stopped going to this location. Why? Because no one speaks English enough to give us the correct order. I have no problem with people that are learning languages but I want what I pay and ask for. My fiance and kids went in for a dozen donuts, he told the employee he wanted 2 chocolate glazed donuts, the employee did not understand and kept giving him sour cream donuts. My fiance said he did not want those, we wanted the chocolate glazed, the employee gave us sour cream donuts and refused to switch them to the chocolate glaze because he did not understand what my fiance was saying… my fiance even pointed to the donuts in the case. So we came home with 2 sour cream donuts because my fiance was so frustrated. Then ordered a Berry Blast drink, and the entire drink is the berry flavor… usually I have to mix it and it turns my drink a pink color, my drink I received today was dark red and just syrup… we’ve tried the location multiple times but I don’t know what’s happening with this location but we will NOT...

I have been a semi regular at this location for going on 3 years now. I've never received bad service, and so a 5 star rating would be easy to give. But getting service right is expected so i didn't go out of my way to post a review. To me a truly earned review isn't when a business gets it right, but how they handle a situation when something goes wrong. This morning in drive through, something small went wrong. My sausage and cheese muffin was made on a croissant. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before i realized the mistake. When i entered the building I was immediately approached, I explained the situation. The staff here impressed me as honestly caring, they were professional, they apologized, and they made a new sandwich to make everything right! All this and I was back in the car to take my daughter to school in under 2 minutes! nice job everyone! i wish there were more stars i...

If only I could give this place 0 stars. This chain is absolutely disgusting. They have people managing the store that don't understand good customer service or better yet how to serve fresh food. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese english muffins and they both tasted absolutely rotten. One of the coffees we had ordered, a vanilla bean frozen coffee, and it was all mostly syrup. We also called the location shortly after noticing a pebble which chipped my significant others tooth. The manager had told us, he could not give us a refund???
