We choose to order from this location tonight. I had my husband run in to grab our dinner since we split our subs. However the sub was so undercooked that I spit my mouthful out. I understand thing's happen but this is NOT acceptable serving undercooked food, bread and meat. When I called to inform the guy who didn't give me a name he had me text a picture to him. After he put me on hold to do this he came back saying he could only offer me a $5 credit. That was not an acceptable option as I planned to throw this out. He didn't seem too thrilled about me asking for a credit on another sub and normally people will double check information for giving you a credit, but he just seemed more interested in getting off the phone nor was he likely happy I stated this issue should have been caught. My mother worked in the food industry for years and I get it's not fun, but giving a customer food poisoning and stone cold food is also bad business.

When the pizza looks like this. And for my order being wrong 3 out of the last 4 times, (2 were incorrect toppings, 1 was where I was told that I was all set but I was still owed a $9 salad I had prepaid for). I don't get how this is acceptable to give to a customer. :( Is it really my responsibility to check if my order is screwed up so I can wait an extra 20 minutes while it gets fixed, receive no credits, and the staff leaves the rest of my food out to get cold, while they make a single fresh pizza? Because, that's what's been happening! Also the salads are hit and miss. :( When they're fresh they're great. But when they're not, my wife and I have to pick out browned pieces of lettuce. If you required a picture of every pizza made (someone pushes a button), you'd be able to review the quality, and be able to do something about it before your customers get fed up and leave.

I was in Chesterfield watching my grands and ordered over $50 worth of food even left a decent tip for driver (not drivers fault) sat kids down and hold behold wrong pizza! Called he says I want that pizza back ok you can have this nasty pizza! Then says it will be another 40 minutes to an hour. You got to be kidding so I am suppose to wait that long again? When I worked in a pizza place we would have pizza done in 15 minutes (Serentoes ) a rush for our mistake. Now waiting for them to come get this order. refund takes 2 to 4 days. Manager was rude! The other was burnt! Wow garbage ☹️ Yeah I have no teeth so unable to eat this. Come get your pizzas!

We ordered $80 worth of Pizza, wings and a steak and cheese calzone. The pizza was raw dough when we ask for it to be well done, the wings bone in were raw we had to put in the air fryer and they forgot our sub sauce For a calzone. I called to see what they could do for me because I just got off of a 15 hour shift and this happened to be on my ride home. Manager tells me they can give me a $10 coupon which doesn’t even cover the pizza. I told them that will not work if they could take my name and number and if I could possibly get the order another day as I’m exhausted and also live 10 miles away they told me they could give me a corporate number. I don’t want corporate number. All I want is this situation fixed in which they failed on doing. This place is a joke and whoever the manager is needs to get these kids The knowledge they need to make a simple pizza. We took pictures of everything to show them The situation. The manager continue to tell me there’s just nothing they can do. Such poor customer service!! By far the worst hungry Howie’s around here, if there was negative stars they would get them. They don’t even deserve...

I have frequented this location several times since it is close to my home. Their Pizzas are good but quality is not consistent. My visit yesterday prompted me to write this review. I ordered two medium pizzas with two toppings on each (pepp+onion and pepp+mushroom). Other than the pepperoni, toppings were very light, especially the onion. A couple slices on the pizza with onion, didn't have any onion at all; and the sesame seeds I ordered for the crust were “loaded” on, as if they spilled the whole container on it. Also the clerk was not friendly at all when cashing out. When I had phoned no one asked me for my name and when I had gone into the store to pick up my order the clerk immediate asked “what name is the order under?” I said no one asked me for my name, so it took him a few minutes to find my order. Oh one last thing, when I pulled up all of the closest parking spaces (to their door) were taken up in front of the door were taken by delivery drivers. I will try again though, only because of...
