Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Mike the manager is an unrealistic and completely careless person. We ordered a specialty pizza which were told we could get that exact pizza made. We got it delivered- definitely not what was requested. I called and talk with the manager “mike” he basically told me we can’t do what your requesting but we will still charge you the full amount and guess what- it’s your problem... if you can’t make what is requested, say so. Instead I was gouged the entire price of a pizza that can’t be eaten- could have been prevented if told they couldn't make it what I was requesting. Anything for a sale I guess! Oh and plain wings- they will charge you 1.00 for ranch. This place does not care about customers or customer service. Never...

Jet's pizza is usually one of my favorite pizza places. Really is a great place, just this location probably the least. 21 mile and gratiot just never seems that fresh and being lied to several times over the years that there slices are fresh when they really are not gives this location 3 stars. Crazy because I remember contacting corporate about this 5 years ago about how bad the slices was and I see thing still never changed. You're supposed to get rid of them after so long not throw them back in the oven after several hrs. Used to work at jets before... Even the bread skimped on cheese. Really just want to say there are better...

Well I came and ordered and my order was ready within 10 minutes just like I was told it would be. The metal bench seat is a bad idea when it's cold because it get cold. From what I could see the place was clean. The person who took my order was very friendly. My orders where correct even though we did take items away from our order and the food was GREAT! The pizza was cooked perfectly to my taste. 1 draw back for me was no public restroom. I would have had to go somewhere else if I needed to use it but that is a common thing for carry out pizzerias at least in the areas...
