I have been going here for 25 years. I have a few things to say. The last few times that I was here, the dining room was closed. I was disappointed because I live far away and I don't want to get take out. I let the owner know. I was happy today when I went in and the dining room was open. So he listened to the customers. He made me aware immediately that there was no service, just seating so that meant no tea, no bread, or any service. There were plastic warehouse and paper plates on a counter to "help yourself" but no napkins! Also, the food is not the same. It was still a healthy portion and steaming hot, but the flavors were pretty bland and the rice was just that, fried rice. My order had no meat or vegetables in it and it was very dry. They have begun charging more too. My meal for dinner was $20. I ordered a shrimp meal and there were only 4 peices of shrimp. This meal used to have 9-10 shrimp. I was also not offered to buy a drink and I didn't even know that they had d4inks until I saw another patron with a canned beverage. This place is definitely not in the Top 100 Chinese restaurants any longer. I doubt that they are in the Top 1000. I wish that they were as good as before. I don't...
Read moreOrdered cashew chicken thinking it would be good after a 9 hour travel home. I asked them for no spice mind you I have ordered this for years, when I received it not only is it spicy, but it’s really dark. My mom and I can’t have spicy per having digestive problems. I called and he told me that it wasn’t spicy and that I can bring it up and get something new. Problem is I drove 9 hours I don’t feel like driving more. I asked him to give me credit since I spent $50 on a cpl items ( which is ridiculous) and he told me I had to bring it back. We don’t get Chinese that often so I told him to just give me credit and he told me he couldn’t take my word on it. Was he going to taste it? I told him if he can’t take my word on it he lost my business. Let’s face it $50 for a couple items is crazy especially when the last time they burned my egg rolls and they did take care of it to give me more burnt egg rolls. I’m sure if you want Asian food you can find a better place with better prices, better food, and will believe you if there is an issue! Stay clear if you want something quick easy and tasty...
Read moreHad the Sesame Chicken Combo, when I ordered I asked for it to be medium spicy and asked if there medium was pretty hot.. She says well we aren’t a Thai place so there food isn’t real hot.. it was the attitude. The packaging of the food was very good but you must have to ask for silverware and no fortune cookies. Order was for 3 sesame chicken orders and they were all sorta different. One had a huge broccoli layer on the bottom of chicken (less meat than the others) and barely any sauce and the meat I was told was chewy and the dish would be considered a spicy hot. Mine was loaded and had tons of sauce..so I shared. But the chicken was extremely overcooked and I really enjoy the green onions on top but they had none, my spiced well. The last one had tons of chicken and sauce chicken was over cooked. The soup that came with it was the hot and sour and it was absolutely horrible… tasted like it was super watered down. We all didn’t care for the egg rolls at all. Stringy Well,, it’s been awhile since I ate here and I guess it will be a longtime before I eat...
