Ordered cashew chicken thinking it would be good after a 9 hour travel home. I asked them for no spice mind you I have ordered this for years, when I received it not only is it spicy, but it’s really dark. My mom and I can’t have spicy per having digestive problems. I called and he told me that it wasn’t spicy and that I can bring it up and get something new. Problem is I drove 9 hours I don’t feel like driving more. I asked him to give me credit since I spent $50 on a cpl items ( which is ridiculous) and he told me I had to bring it back. We don’t get Chinese that often so I told him to just give me credit and he told me he couldn’t take my word on it. Was he going to taste it? I told him if he can’t take my word on it he lost my business. Let’s face it $50 for a couple items is crazy especially when the last time they burned my egg rolls and they did take care of it to give me more burnt egg rolls. I’m sure if you want Asian food you can find a better place with better prices, better food, and will believe you if there is an issue! Stay clear if you want something quick easy and tasty without heat!

I was quite irritated 😤 We ordered carry out…we were sooo excited to hopefully find a good Chinese restaurant in the area…got home w the food…started dishing our food out…my friend pulled out a VERY long hair that was still attached to the food…needless to say we ALL gagged…none of us could eat…I called the restaurant to inform them of what happened…of course I didn’t think they’d believe us…as I’m sure ppl do this everyday…then I was told to bring that 1 meal back…& they could remake it or refund my $…#1 I will NEVER be able to eat their food again…#2 our entire meal was ruined…I definitely have EVERYTHING that was left…pictured is ALL food sitting in my garbage…except the 2 plates underneath that were already made…I was offered to freeze the 1 dinner until we came back that way…however seemed like alot of gross dirty work digging it out of the garbage…so unfortunately we will not be returning 🤷‍♀️

I haven't eaten food from here in over 5 years since relocating. This was my go-to for lunch during work back in the day. But things have certainly changed! I ordered the Beef Szechuan combo with egg fried rice. I asked for the sauce to be mild, not too spicy. The food portion was good as usual, but the rice was over the top. It mostly tastes like stir fry with no spice. The egg roll has shrimp, which was a huge issue and should be mentioned. I don't eat shellfish. Don't recall seeing this on the menu? My egg roll was also super greasy and uneatable. My daughter ordered Mongolian Beef, and it had the same flavors as my dish. She also substituted the egg drop soup for wonton soup and was charged extra but still got egg drop no wonton soup. Honestly, I don't know how or why they keep getting awarded for #1. I've had better, not good like they used to be.

I have been going here for 25 years. I have a few things to say. The last few times that I was here, the dining room was closed. I was disappointed because I live far away and I don't want to get take out. I let the owner know. I was happy today when I went in and the dining room was open. So he listened to the customers. He made me aware immediately that there was no service, just seating so that meant no tea, no bread, or any service. There were plastic warehouse and paper plates on a counter to "help yourself" but no napkins! Also, the food is not the same. It was still a healthy portion and steaming hot, but the flavors were pretty bland and the rice was just that, fried rice. My order had no meat or vegetables in it and it was very dry. They have begun charging more too. My meal for dinner was $20. I ordered a shrimp meal and there were only 4 peices of shrimp. This meal used to have 9-10 shrimp. I was also not offered to buy a drink and I didn't even know that they had d4inks until I saw another patron with a canned beverage. This place is definitely not in the Top 100 Chinese restaurants any longer. I doubt that they are in the Top 1000. I wish that they were as good as before. I don't...

Had the Sesame Chicken Combo, when I ordered I asked for it to be medium spicy and asked if there medium was pretty hot.. She says well we aren’t a Thai place so there food isn’t real hot.. it was the attitude. The packaging of the food was very good but you must have to ask for silverware and no fortune cookies. Order was for 3 sesame chicken orders and they were all sorta different. One had a huge broccoli layer on the bottom of chicken (less meat than the others) and barely any sauce and the meat I was told was chewy and the dish would be considered a spicy hot. Mine was loaded and had tons of sauce..so I shared. But the chicken was extremely overcooked and I really enjoy the green onions on top but they had none, my spiced well. The last one had tons of chicken and sauce chicken was over cooked. The soup that came with it was the hot and sour and it was absolutely horrible… tasted like it was super watered down. We all didn’t care for the egg rolls at all. Stringy Well,, it’s been awhile since I ate here and I guess it will be a longtime before I eat...
