They CANNOT get an order right. We ordered twice in 13 days and both times the orders were wrong! As in a pizza with no cheese, a pizza with almost no sauce, and pasta that had cheese on it but wasn't supposed because the person is allergic to cheese. ATTENTION CORPORATE: The details - We ordered online on Jan. 15, 2024. I'd requested extra sauce, but 3 slices had no sauce and the other 5 slices had hardly any sauce. I couldn't find a way to report the problem online (just the guarantee for if you drop your pizza), so I called the Chesterton store. They said they credited me 1 pizza. Thirteen days later on Jan. 28, 2024, my husband wanted to order the free pizza. It was not in my pizza profile. I found an email address and emailed about the pizza with no sauce and said I was never credited. We ordered despite the problem last time thinking they couldn't mess up the order twice.BUT THEY DID GET THE ORDERS WRONG BOTH TIMES! This time there was absolutely no cheese on the pizza. Someone had ordered the "Make Your Own Pasta" and for their 3 items, they asked for chicken, spinach, and onions. They are allergic to cheese so did not order cheese for the pasta. Naturally, there was cheese. So instead of putting cheese on the pizza, they put it on the pasta. So Domino's owes us 1 medium pizza, 1 large pizza, and 1 pasta. I will update my review when I hear...
Read moreMy kids enjoy the basic cheese pizza from Dominos, so I order it regularly. It is a basic, no-frills cheese-only pizza that never seems to disappoint young people. In the past we have ordered stuffed cheesy bread, marbled cookie brownies, and bread bites, and they have always been pretty good. Today I ordered chicken alfredo for my daughter. I opened the container to see that there was barely enough food to cover the bottom. There was actually a spot where the bottom was visible. Definitely not worth $7.99. I called and they said they would give me credit for another one the next time we order. After that, I opened my order of wings. I bought two boxes of (10) garlic parmesan and two boxes of (10) habanero. Each box was $12.99 each. PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY THE WINGS!!! Not only are they tiny, they are also super fatty. I took a picture with the cup of dipping sauce next to the wings so you can see how tiny they are. This was hands-down the worse wings I've ever had. Every bite I spit out fat. Very disappointed. I am not going to call back a second time. I have no desire to have them replaced because I never want to eat them again. That was nasty!!! If you decide to order from Dominos, stick with the pizza, breads,...
Read moreAll of us have our preferences for pizza, and there are many styles of pizza out there. I enjoy "mom and pop" pizza joints, and franchise pizza joints. As franchise pizza places go, I think Domino's is very good, perhaps becoming my favorite franchise pizza place, wresting that title from Pizza Hut. Domino's has convenient locations, perhaps the best in my area. They are quick and good, and usually don't foul up orders. They now have sandwiches that are pretty good, and salads (haven't had one yet). Most have an eat in area, acceptable for quick eat in meals. All I have visited in my region are clean and neat. The staff is usually helpful and nice, although some seem to be newbies with a need for help in processing check outs. There service is fast, and that is a plus. The one in Chesterton was very good all the way around. If you are looking for a quick and tasty pizza or hot sandwich, give Domino's a try. If this helps, please click the thumbs up button...
