Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chesterton

When this location first opened, it was good, but it has really fallen off. There are some SUPER snotty gals working there. Today was the icing on the cake for me LOL Me: Can you do a sugar free iced white chocolate latte? Girl: The white choc swirl has sugar but there are no other sweeteners. Me: That should be fine, thank you. Can I also do a small hot cookie butter latte? Girl: We don't have that Me: Do you have similar flavor? Girl: Brown Sugar Me: Ok, I will just do a small hot vanilla latte Girl: French Vanilla? Me: Sure Go to window and she hands me two iced drinks. I say "oh the vanilla is supposed to be hot." Girl: eye roll and irritated facial expression: "You didn't say anything... Me: ...I asked for a small hot latte. I eventually get my order - which btw the sugar free latte, they proceed to cover in whipped cream and cinnamon sugar. What is with the unnecessary crappy attitude? It's really unfortunate for the community and surrounding businesses (which there are MANY) that this is how the place is run and based on the other reviews, looks like it isn't getting addressed. While the store is new & clean the parking lot is horrible to navigate. Sad to say they have lost my business. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a blueberry muffin, received a chocolate chip muffin. No receipt given so I googled and called and was told they would replace it. Went thru today and my fault I called the wrong number as I showed the employee what I called. The other store was willing to replace my muffin even tho I never ordered there apparently. This store told me oh well you didn't call us the same day and charged me for the muffin. Sad that you lost future business over a $2 muffin. Would have called to discuss but again no receipt and don't want to be upset with the store that has great customer service if I call the wrong...

Been here now a couple times. Each time I think it'll get better lol. I'm wrong. Now I know why I've never had to wait in a line here, nobody else must like it either. 7 bucks for 2 hot coffee, neither was hot, hardly even warm. Just pathetic. Got home and the extra sugar that had a sticker for 5 sugar, had zero..I would bet a paycheck not 1 once of sugar in it. How hard is it? Seriously not to be mean.. but how hard is it? Yeah not going back. I honestly drive out to the calumet avenue munster location quite often on weekend mornings because they have great donuts and the coffee is still smoking hot when I get back to Chesterton.
