Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chesterton

Ordered the Tuscan Italian Wrap. It was missing the jalapeño sauce. The price $9.29 is ridiculous...wrap isn't that big.

Tables were not cleaned so I took the wrap home.

Also, the cashiers, in my opinion, do not ask if you are a JJ Rewards member. You have to remember to key in your phone number. Too many times, I did not get credit.

Went there specifically to take advantage of the recent deal...order after 2PM and make it a combo for free. Chesterton JJ's does not honor this offer! Cashier said I have to go to Portage or Michigan City. How absolutely ridiculous. And again, the cashier did not remind me to put in my phone number to get credit. And they never ask you if you want your sandwich cut in half. I've probably been to this JJ's 30 times or more. No more, I'm done...

My coworkers and I order from this location almost every other day. We have great experiences with the tattooed driver but who ever the younger tall driver is with glasses is extremely slow and he always comes in on the phone talking to his girlfriend. I always try to tip and if they are buying something try to get them what they need quickly bc they are on the clock but clearly this is a problem. I waited a 40min tonight for a single sandwich just to have him come in on the phone again. My coworker ordered a sandwich a while after me and it was the same driver I had. He had his girlfriend with him this time but it took 30 min for her to get her sandwich when it was out for delivery for 25 min so I really don’t understand what’s the issue with...

•Delivery is awful. Not freaky fast. Just pick up yourself. 25-30 min Delivery times. With in a 1 mile radius.

•Had a great Lunch experience. Fully staffed on a Monday. They were steady while I was there. A few dine in tables. & people in & out. I Spoke to 3 of the 6 friendly day shift working. I accidentally placed a future order for my Hunters Club sandwich. Without hesitation, the 2 guys had my Sandwich made. All before I could get comfortable in the chair. I usually get a Turkey Tom or Tuna sandwich, I decided to switch it up today. Happy I did. Sandwich was layered neatly & made as requested. Thanks Boys.
