Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Chesterton

Ordered for delivery: pizza, apps, wings, garlic bread sticks, dessert, and pop from here a half dozen times in 1 month.

The 1st time everything was amazing, hot and the delivery person was very kind.

The 2nd and subsequent orders were beyond BAD! We kept hoping for the food and delivery we had the first time, but each time, the food just got worse and worse. The food was absolutely dreadful. Little to no toppings/sause (an added cost per topping!).

The LAST TIME- Pizza got our family sick for a couple days. They taste worse than a frozen Jack's pizza! We wish we'd had that instead!!!!

We also ordered extra dipping frosting for the dessert. It included only - 1/4 of the tiny black portion cups - filled with the dipping frosting. So an extra $1.50 or so for not even a teaspoon, times 2! Wow! That's all I can say!

Clearly, there are issues creating and providing the food as it should be made (we are paying customers!!), as well as health issues at this store.

We will not order from Papa John's in...

5 stars for the employees. No stars for the Management/Franchise owner. Look folks, the employees here are great. They get blamed for things that are NOT their fault. They are short staffed, over worked and underpaid. There was one employee making pizza, taking orders, answering phones, running the cash registers, etc. Quality and Customer service will suffer as a result. But they are the ones that get yelled at by upset customers. Delivery drivers make the majority of their money by tips. You think they want to deliver a cold, late pizza only to be yelled at and make no tips?? I was gonna order a steak and cheese papdias yesterday but all the delivery drivers QUIT! Thats says a lot about the way this place is managed. I hope conditions improve for...

I would rate this 0 stars but I don’t have the option I was willing to spend my money on a order over the phone. A man named Zack answers The phone and takes my order I placed the order I’m waiting an hour for my order so I called them and then they tell me that I’m not excepting cash and then I’m on the phone with him telling him that I still want the order and he says I have to do it through the app he will not Take my order over the phone and he said he did not want to hear what I had to say and then hung up on me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THIS GUY DESERVES TO BE FIRED. I will never ever order from this location ever again....
