Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chestnuthill Township

If you expect your coffee order to be correct DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !!! I have to finally say something about this particular (Effort) location. I'm not sure what has happened but since this location has reopened the service and product has been absolutely horrible! It's like no one there knows how to make a cup of coffee or put donuts in a box! I have been ordering from this Dunkin' Donuts for the last 3 years and I've rarely had a problem but ever since they closed and have reopened, it seems like they cannot make a cup of coffee or get an order correct. It does not matter if you order an espresso, a regular cup of coffee, a latte, or a cappuccino or 10 Munchkins! You can even get as specific as possible and ask for 3 sugar, and 3 cream and they still can't get it right! Today I pulled up and ordered an iced coffee, specifically with five cream and five sugar. Apparently the person who took my order punched it in correctly but then, within seconds-(you can look at it on the stickers I've attached in the picture) someone else changed the order and made the coffee " regular"! I have no idea why. When the young lady working the window handed me the cup of coffee I immediately tasted it and explained it had no sugar in it and it tasted burnt! I asked the young lady for a couple packets of sugar. She asked me for my cup of coffee back, and after a moment she handed it back to me. However, she did nothing to change the coffee! I was in the drive-thru and the line was backed up. All I wanted was the coffee made the way I requested! They simply cannot get an order, correct?! Ridiculous! What was even crazier is the woman before me got out of her car and came back to the window and said they forgot her coffee cake muffin! When I was sitting at the traffic light, I noticed there was one sticker on top of another on my cup and when I pulled them apart I saw that someone had changed my coffee! You can see they were CHANGED within seconds of each other! Same order number, but made from "five cream five sugar"-the way I ordered it- to "regular"! I still want to know why?!? TOTAL WASTE of my MONEY and my TIME FOR...

In the past I was a everyday customer sometimes multiple times a day but lately the morning crew has been chasing me away more and more. Last month I went to get breakfast for my kids cheese was not melted eggs still cold. Fast forward to the passed Two days that I've tried getting breakfast before taking the kids to school I walked inside to order as I never know what donuts bagels or muffins that are in shock sign by register states if your paying cash we will be glad to help you at register if paying with card please recommend to use kiosk I was told by a employee who seen me and my children standing there we had to use the kiosk even tho I didn't have my card I ask to be rang up I was told to hold on lady never came back. Today we try it again as we are standing there not one employee came to the front there was only one other person in the lobby and atm 5 cars in drive through had multiple employees look at us and not one said ill be right there they turnt they heads walked away I was then told use the kiosk stated I couldn't because I was waiting on new card I have cash only and they walked away saying your gonna have to wait. Needless to say my kids once again was upset and we went across the street who never let's us down. If you end up going to this dunkin go during the later shift because morning...

LOL "Effort Pa." The bar is low- but this was one of my worst dunkin experiences- employees put in NO effort. Order took over a half hour, with some particularly bad moments. I'm not the person to want to complain, but I hope this makes someone else feel better.

I went with my cousin and sister. First, when I received a medium sized coffee instead of the large I ordered, they rudely said, "well it's in a medium cup " and did not fix the order.

Next, we were waiting on some cream donuts. Instead of telling us that they were sold out of those donuts, they said nothing for over 20 minutes and gave us nothing when they eventually put a bag out (without letting us know our order was ready). When we asked about it and were told that they were sold out, they offered no substitutions. We had to pull teeth to finally get a substitution, but for whatever reason they kept insisting on giving us boston cream only after we said no to that.

To make matters worse, multiple other people ordered cream donuts as well and were also waiting on orders. The people heard us ask about the donuts and also tried to ask for help from the workers as well. The one worker had no sympathy whatsoever.

Again, just never dealt with so much rudeness in such a brief period of time....
