I made a complaint to the district manger ( Greg Buczacki) on 2-5-25 to tell about experience at the Burger King 6505 Annapolis MD with the manger Bobby how he was rude ,disrespectful at the drive through window ,and shut the window in my face while I was asking questions about my order, . Greg said he would talk to the store manager to see why Bobby was acting this way. Greg was rushing me off the phone I couldn’t finish my story because he said he was on vacation.Greg was extremely rude.Greg called me on a Sunday which was2-9-25 at 9:30 am to yell and be very rude and disrespectful because he said I didn’t tell him about a booger and nasty hands the manger had he said why would you put that in a email and not tell me ,I told him he rushed me off the phone and said he was of course I was on vacation,Greg then cut me off and yelled yes I did because I was on vacation in Cancun ,I then said so how was I going to tell you that part of you rushed me off the phone Greg cut me off again and said your story don’t match I don’t believe nothing you say go else where for food and leave his boys alone at that location.I said your mad because I wrote a detailed email explaining your staff being very disrespectful and rude and your mad because sure I made to email Burger King in details . I said I will go eat where I won’t and I will complain about him to the higher up , Greg then said you can’t call anyone it will come to me I am the higher up the emails and calls of complaints come to me so I will ignore you. I said ok fine I will keep complaining because this location is very disrespectful and customers should not be treated this was . Greg called me not on a business day or business hours he called me on a Weekend to yell and curse me out about me writing a detailed email which as a customer I have the right to do so. This is very unprofessional and I felt humiliated. People heard Greg. Read moreI ordered a small iced coffee, French toast sticks, and small hot coffee. The hot coffee I was given was cold I asked for fresh coffee to be made. A staff member brought be another cup which was just as cold and the manager insisted it was a different cup. I asked the manager if I could get a fountain drink instead or if she could make a fresh batch off coffee while I waited. She manager was very rude about it staying the other coffee were fresh. She did end up making a fresh pot of coffee but she made me wait 10 minutes for it while she rudely discussed the issue with the other staff. By the time I actually got my coffee I didn’t even feel comfortable drinking it as her attitude and customer service were for bad I was scared she might have done something to the drink. I purchased a beverage and it was fermented and old and had an aftertaste in the machine you can tell was not clean. I told the manager who said her name was Courtney she was a Caucasian woman about 5 ft four. She told me she was aware of the problem but they continued to serve the beverages beverages. She offered me no solution to the problem. My friend who died with me decided to go take the beverage back and get a refund. She then offered to give him another beverage from the same machine. He refused and requested his refund. I told her that people can get sick from 3D beverages that are old and fermented. She just shook her shoulders and said we did report it.
