Legends Chicken & Waffles — Restaurant in Landover Hills

I will say that everytime there is a new cashier I am always charged a different price, i go through the same thing with the mcdonalds across the street. i have no receipts of proof that im being overcharged because i always call in to order and get the price first. the manager always charges me no more than $7 for some eggs and homefries. the female and sometimes even the cook that works weekday mornings always charges me the same as the manager does. all i eat are eggs and homefries and theyll know who i am just by reading this review. your new cashier charged me $12.70 for 5 scrambled eggs and homefries, do you have any idea how stupid that is? and the owner thinks there is room for discussion??? no, thats insane and i only have bank statements showing the consistent amount charged on each visit, in which you can add up. I was told your eggs are 60cents per egg, if i get an egg platter with no meat and add only 3 extra eggs with homefries then how on earth does it equal to $10-$13!!!?!?!?!?- thats the highest ive been charged per each new cashier youve hired in the past 8 months. thats not cool, if you have a system where i cant sub bacon for eggs then you need to have it shown on your breakfast menu NO SUBS, and to be quite honest 4 strips of turkey bacon cost more than 3 little non organic eggs lets be serious. i love those dam eggs and homefries but if yall raising the price then i can no longer support because it just doesnt make sense at all. think about it $10-$13 for 5 scrambled eggs and homefries???if your charging each extra egg as a side then that is pathetic, your new cashiers already confirmed that though...

Good afternoon everyone I want to share this experience that happened today August 7 2025 unfortunately I went by an establishment called Legends fried Chicken which is located at 6401 Annapolis Rd Hyattsville Maryland and I bought 15 pieces of chicken I was very happy I have always bought at that place but this time when I got home to enjoy the piece of chicken when I picked it up and smelled it it had an unpleasant smell and I removed the skin and it was a little dark and I returned to the establishment and two young men attended to me who I don't think was the manager but he told me that he was in charge well I told him that the chicken was bad and that I wanted my money back he said no the chicken is good I can't but I mentioned that I was going to call someone to see what we could do because if you call the food department that place could be canceled because the chicken looked very bad after so much he decided to return my money although he didn't return my entire expense was $ 34.97 and they only returned me $ 24.97 yes They asked for a rating, I think this score will give you half of one because they are not serving well. I have been there before and the chicken was good, but today it was a bad experience, I will not go to that establishment again

Legends.. another food spot treating the community they serve like garbage. On 12/9/17 around 830am I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich which I got and left to go to class. When I arrived I discovered instead of Bacon I had Gyro meat. Oh well, ate it and kept it moving. Went back to the location today before class 12/16/17 and purchased another sandwich. After paying I mentioned the experience I had the week prior. At this point the young man at the counter (big guy with shaped up beard, no customer service skills) told me it didn't happen! I'm like I didn't ask for money back or a discount, I'm just telling you I didn't get what I paid for. He continues on and on about how he doesn't make mistakes and I must have gone somewhere else and thought it was Legends...lol. It got to a point that I was upset, and he was looking like he wanted to square off with me. All that being said it shows they are similar to the liquor stores, and gas stations, etc that setup in our community and treat customers like second class citizens. We should demand more of places we support because without us there is no business. Today was my last day supporting Legends due to the disrespect and lack of customer service. I have seen many businesses pop up at that spot and I'm sure there will be someone else there soon enough. I was planning on being a loyal...
