Dragon City No 4 — Restaurant in Cheviot

I have been getting food from this place for years and used to always enjoy it. Not long ago I ordered house special rice and as I was eating it I bite into a fricking chicken bone!!!! After further examination I found at least two more, so I called to complain and the lady starts screaming something about insurance to me and telling me to call another number. I kept trying to explain to her that I'm sure it was some sort of honest mistake and that if they would just send me fresh food and hold the bones I would be fine. She continues to scream something about insurance and kept giving me a number. So I call the number(not really sure why) and some lady picks up telling me I have no claim. Ok I'm like what claim??? I'm just trying to complain about the bones in my food, this chick says did you chip a tooth?? Why the fu** does that matter!!! I never once said I wanted to sue or file a claim I just wanted my damn food.. I still have received no refund or the food that I ordered.. It only happened once but it was a horrible experience and I just want people to be careful. Why if my child had swallowed that bone? What if your child does? Good food overall but I can't shake or ignore...

Do not eat the food from this place. Today at 6:10 pm I ordered several dishes from here. The first spoon full of fried rice that came from the paper container had a fairly large piece of semi hard plastic in it. The egg roll I ate had a shiny fleck of something on one end I didn't think much of it and brushed it off, now I wonder if it was also a piece of plastic. Normally this was a very busy place however today they had absolutely no business the whole time I was there I wonder if there is a corolation between what happened to me and possibly other customers. The other thing they did was not give me my entire order, I was shorted one persons meal. This had been my go to Chinese restaurant here in Cincinnati not any more. They have raised their prices and decreased the portions. The ribs were always great they are now small and over cooked. Did not eat any of the other food out of fear of contamination with foreign objects. Will be contacting The board of health in the morning to report...

Been going here for years. Few times we have asked for delivery as my moms disabled, they say they cant, it does say delivery. We have times when ordered veggie fried rice, veggies are hard like eating wax. Last time signed up for rewards when I went to use them lady told me they cant to hold for next time lol, Ok. Gave my order to man on phone who repeated everything I ordered . When got there she messed up the rice order, really RICE.. I asked why they charged higher price on a combo meal tall man argued not here, said was another Dragon city lol. Couldnt exchange an egg roll for rangoon like they have in past, when there she said we do. We will be going to a different Chinese place from this time on. We have gone to them alot for years only to be treated rudely and I will never be ripped off...
