I went here with my lady as a recommendation from her for aptly named "Hangover Food". It's situated in a slice of what appears to be an antiquated strip mall where it remains as one of the few legacies still open. The inside is rather small, with only having roughly 15 tables, but it gives a quaint Mom and Pop feel to the place which quite obviously hasn't changed for many years.
The only qualms I have with the dining area are from what appears to be a lax in consistency in cleaning compared to the immaculate kitchen you can spy from the dining area. The wait staff consists of only a few individuals, but they continue to offer phenomenal, dedicated service with the same soft and warm demenor that has endeared them to the locals for years. Their frequent table checks and the restaurants tendency to give as much butter, jelly, and syrup Grandma would have given you only creates a more cozy experience.

I have no knowledge regarding the chefs, but personally speaking from the Country Omelot I got complete with home fries cut in house inside, sausage, onions, peppers, made with some of the finest eggs I've had, it was fantastic. Definitely not the healthiest option, but I consider my friend correct. Even without considering the amount of food, the prices were extremely reasonable.
