Starbucks — Restaurant in Cheyenne

I have a love hate relationship with this location. The coffee is good as long as they actually get the drink correct. We’ve had a few incidents over the last few years where the drinks are made incorrectly which, things happen, we get it, but the last time we were there they were extremely rude. When we got the drinks, we noticed there wasn’t cold foam like we asked for. We were told we didn’t so we asked them to put some on there and the woman handing us the drinks told us “next time you need to tell us when you order because we charge for that.” We were fine with getting charged for it and did pay for it, but we literally order the same thing every time we go and know we asked for it. Instead of saying oh we missed that, we will get it on there for ya, they acted like we were just trying to get out of paying for it which was not the case. If the woman taking the order, (dark hair and big gauges) wouldn't rush us through the order and actually take time to listen, the drinks would have been made correctly. I think the way the baristas handle situations like this, and the tone they use with the customers is super important! If my husband or I were rude to them, I would understand them matching our tone, but we weren’t rude at all. Don't come here if you want to be shown good customer service. The baristas, if you can call them that, are short with customers and often act irritated to be helping you. They will certainly not go out of their way to know your name or make sure you have a drink that you like. Definitely a very different feel from the normal fun and good natured associates at most Starbuck coffeeshops. Stopped coming to this Starbucks because of a girl who works there named Grace...if she is incapable of being kind to her customers, she really shouldn't be working at a place that deals with so many people on a daily basis. I would recommend any other Starbucks in town even if they mess up your drink, at least they won't be rude and scowl at you when you ask them politely to fix it.
