Excellent Service. I had a Viper 2-way remote start installed a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with the entire experience. They were very helpful in selecting the system that I wanted. The price was reasonable. The appointment was made, and they completed all the work with-in the time frame they estimated. I asked them to replace my factory antenna while they had my vehicle so they gave me an estimate and did that work for me too. They did a great job on both installations.

After the sale, the only thing I wasn't thrilled with was, the remote starter would blast my horn right before it started up. I stopped by to ask them about it but the technician was out at lunch at the time. Within 20 minutes they called me to say they could get in in the shop that afternoon to check it out. I wasn't able to bring it back that day so I told them I'd call them the following week. I ended up solving the mystery of why the horn sounds by doing some research online. My vehicle is older and has a sentry key, so when it's electrically cold and I hit the remote start it briefly thinks it's being stolen and started the alarm until the sentry override in the Viper system kicks in. The solution is to hit the Aux or unlock button before starting it to electrically wake it up then lock it after it starts. Its not perfect but it is an older vehicle so I'm okay with it. Otherwise every function works perfectly.

I would've never put a star but have to so I can rate them. Worst experience ever from a business they over charged for a service I never requested, I had installed stereo myself all was working but the speakers so I called up stitch heads and set up an appointment the lady who set up appointment conveniently quit the day before, when i dropped it off the guy at counter said he would give me a call to let me know around 1230pm i get the call of him telling me he has tobrewire the whole thing and add a wire in it I ask how much he tells me $211 for the whole thing I said what, then proceeded to argue with me at work about the cost that its what it is I said don't do the work put it back the way you found it he argued some more and I hung up on him. Then show up after work where I found out she quit and that my stereo wasn't working when I brought it in which was a lie. I pay the money to get my key go to my truck and find wires sticking out freshly stripped wires that tells me he disconnected wires and tried to put back together or blame me for i showed him the wires and he said it came that way I will never go back and no1 should ever give...

My 2016 Chevy Silverado was one of the models made without CarPlay. I stopped in several times over a few months to figure out the cheapest and easiest way to get CarPlay added to my truck. I did a lot of digging online and spoke with Slade and Malachi several times. Slade reached out to some contacts of his asking if they knew of anything that might fix the problem without getting an entire new system. He reached back out to me to tell me about a product called ZZ2 that would add CarPlay, keep things OEM, and works with my backup camera. Malachi installed it and showed me how it works, it has made work and general driving so much nicer, previously I was using phone dash mounts, my phone would overheat pretty quickly, the mount would fall off randomly every few weeks, now I have wireless CarPlay that automatically connects to my phone, it was worth the money.
