Let’s start off with my uncle died this morning, upon trying to make my brother feel better i went to take him to get a meal at wingstop around 2:15 at Monday march 11 2024. we are met with the rudest service i’ve ever had. everything was fine, then we got the food and we noticed we only got one ranch but got 2 separate meals, one being a wing meal and the other just tenders. So i went to tell a worker that and they ended up telling me that my meal doesn’t get ranch with it and said i’d have to pay. i asked her how much it was and she told me the price and i told her that i don’t need the ranch then but that my brother still hadn’t received his drink so she went back to the counter and rung up the ranch again and began to give us a lot of attitude and i had told her for the second time that i didn’t want the ranch and that i had already said that and that i just needed the drink that came with our order. she went to go talk about us to her coworker and then upon hearing that conversation i asked her for her name and she refused. i asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, i asked if there was a general manager and she claimed to be the GM. Noticing how pointless the situation was at this point, i decided that i would call back and get their corporate number, upon calling and asking for their corporate number the same girl answered and i asked for the number and she started to give me attitude over the phone about the ranch again and told me she wasn’t going to give me the corporate number and to go find it on the website. i don’t understand why she decided to give us attitude, we weren’t being rude at all. she said it should be all recorded so that’d be really nice for someone higher up to review that and do...
Read moreWent to this place for something different. We new this place was new so we didn't expect perfection. The customer service was average when ordering our food, but that was good considering they were backed up out the door. We ordered two 6 piece wing combos (one boneless other bone in) and took a seat. While waiting for our food one customer started yelling at the employees to get his food because he waited for over 1.5 hours. This is when customer service went out the door because they talked back to him in a way that sounded like they didn't care. Finally a manager came out. Another guy a little later got angry for the same reason and complained for a discount which they gave him. After waiting for about 1.5 hours we got our food. Everything was good until we noticed they put the wrong seasoning on some of our wings. My husband had to go up to counter to complain and they provided him the correct order in about 10 minutes. The food was mediocre and nothing too special. Except maybe the voodoo fries. 😁 Overall the experience was alright and we may or may not be back. I understand it's new, but after a week of being open some of their flaws should not have been that bad. Three stars for an average place...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Couldn't rate it no stars or I would've. Ordered online using the app and it wouldn’t allow me to pay. App said 10-15 minutes order would be ready. Went to store waited in line 45 minutes to get to cashier. Cashier said it would be 10-15 minutes, which I discovered later thats what he told everyone. Realized order wasn’t even in the que to be prepared because I couldn’t pay online. After 1hr and 30 min of waiting asked the cashier to check on order. He said it was in the que. After 2hrs asked him again to check. Again he said it was in the que. After 2hrs 30 min asked him again to check the order. He went to check again and this time he came back and said they lost my order. They started preparing the order after 2hrs 30 min and then told me they were now out of fried corn what would I like instead. I told them fries or whatever at this point. Finally after 2hrs 40 minutes I got my order. Wings were subpar at best and the fries were cold.
