City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Cheyenne

I had rated this place 5 stars before, but here lately the quality of the drinks have become extremely under par. When I ask for whipped cream, I do not expect my drink to be half whipped cream. I am paying for the coffee not the decorations. Also, handing out a drink you can just feel is lighter than it is supposed to be and using the excuse of it's foamy is unexceptable. I have worked here before and you are trained to avoid the foam by pouring it properly. Again, I did not order a cappuccino so I am not paying for the foam. The taste is not bad thank goodness, but the drinks could be mixed up a little more. Customer service is ok but could be better if your baristas weren't making fun of customers or rolling their eyes at them when they have to remake a drink they did not do correctly to start with. Overall, this place went from my favorite coffee place to being worse than Starbucks because of the quality of the drinks and lack of respect from employees. I really wanted to do 5 stars- it’s what I gave when I first started-I’ve grown a relationship with these girls- and I always take care of them-and have always felt the same but recently the new staff is just rude and obnoxious- the other girls have twice had to step in to finish my order or take my payment and today another one of the girls said I misinterpreted it which hurt my feelings as I am a grown up and the show put on to avoid me was as obvious as the other 2 times- fake laughing-time #3 dealing with the new one -snarky and smirky -I don’t just see things - the new staff is not as kind and not who needs to be working with public- sad to leave this review but it matters who you hire🤦🏼‍♀️and it matters when you attempt to make the customer think it’s not happening in front of them. Was in drive thru and ordered a sugar free caramel macchiato granite with extra caramel drizzle and whipped cream, I was caught off talking by the gentleman taking my order to tell me that it comes with caramel drizzle and I was trying to tell him I wanted more , needless to say I went to the window and was met with an attitude and discussing look on his face. MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG, no wip no caramel drizzle at all, I was not going to have them remake it because there where other people in the drive thru and the line inside was so long.
