Subway — Restaurant in Cheyenne

This store messes up my order literally every time I visit. I just left the store and ordered a simple sandwich through the drive through. The automated system wouldn't allow me to select mayo so I finished my order and called the store to tell them I just placed and order through the drive though. Whoever I spoke to was rude and hung up on me before I could even say what the issue was. After I get the sandwich and arrive home I noticed that a cookie that I ordered was headed up and all the chocolate had melted and made a mess. I also opened up my sandwich and noticed they did not put any lettuce on it. I returned to the store to get the issue resolved and when I told them they forgot the lettuce they blatantly denied it. When they opened up the sandwich and saw that there actually wasn't any, all they said was "Oh, there isn't". They did not apologize, offer to remake the sandwich, or offer a refund. They just slapped some lettuce on the sandwich and sent me off. I will no long be a customer at this location.

Edit: my wife tried to get the $3.99 6” sub of the day and when she got to the window they asked for $6.89 and absolutely insisted that, that is how much a 6” sub...

Me and my partner went to the store after work. We were choosing our sandwich and instead of listening to me this woman with dark hair working the front was very rude! Had attitude that made my partner just instantly not feeling well were being treated with good customer service! The store smelled very bad and as we were leaving she started to smile like our business was a problem. I recommend firing that employee! I work in food industry and if there’s an employee that is making the customers feel uncomfortable due to only ordering one sandwich like if there’s customer interaction is not the most important part of her service! Yesterday, August 31 at about 5 o’clock right around there I was in and got two sandwiches, a BMT and I got a club sandwich. There was a young kid and a young girl that were there making sandwiches. When he cut and opened the bread he was smashing the dough down. I ask him if that’s what he normally does, and he says yes.
