If this is a franchise... I highly suggest the owner look at the cameras to see what lady served me my sourdough king meal with 6 ranches on the side. If it's corporate.. I advice the same for whoever runs the place. It was at 11:39am. This lady did everything correctly. She didnt touch or take my card, she spoke to me in a manner that wasnt just professional but personable... and she got me out of her drive thru quickly. I worked in the industry as a server for 13 years. This woman needs a raise or a corporal promotion. Working in this industry is hard. I quit myself and moved onto labor. I truly believe these people than can spend their whole shift trying to keep people happy deserve a minimum wage raise. I'm serious! I'll be checking back within a week to see if anybody spoke to her about this review! My food was amazing too.
The service was so amazing I had to go back in and get this women's name. Her name is Maricela. If she's not management, she needs to be. And she isn't getting paid enough! Despite society having to wear face coverings everywhere we go.. you could see how wide this woman's smile is, and that is enough to brighten anybody's day, let alone the service! Thank you Maricela! I'll be checking to make sure your higher ups at least acknowledge your amazing service!
Side note.. I know Google reviews aren't too important.. it's Yelp that matters to the service world.. and if Maricela doesn't get some cheers from her higher ups, I'll be leaving a nasty review on Yelp about the owners of this location.. if there is one thing I can't stand, it's workers in the service industry who burn and cut themselves and grow nasty calluses on their feet for business owners who can't appreciate the hard work these individuals put in running their business! Read moreCame in Tuesday6/4 Around 11:50pm- really looking forward to the new “mix & match deal.” Anyways, I ordered the new Spicy chicken sandwich, and of course the famous whopper. I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the whopper was just a little unappetizing. Bread was soggy, and the burger itself looked like it was thrown together with no care. I went back to see if I can swop it out.
I literally waited in the drive thru for 20 mins & had no response... lots of costumers leaving the drive thru as well because they weren’t getting helped/served either.
But I was determined to get my sandwich.. 25 mins later the employees return to the kitchen... I asked if I can exchange my whopper for a chicken sandwich, and the heavy set girl with glasses said no because I had taken a few bites of out the burger... so very disappointed with BK Costumer service & hospitality at this location. Read moreExtremely disappointed in this location. The manager at this establishment is clearly incompetent and not fit to manage a team. I stopped by this morning to get some food since I was looking forward to Friday. The manager was working the window and was extremely rude and very aggressive. I understand people have bad mornings so I even apologized because I thought I did something wrong. I recognized this woman from a previous negative encounter I had at this same location. While I was waiting for my food, I could also hear the manager yelling at her staff . I would highly recommend corporate to watch their cameras and listen in to this joke of a manager because this behavior and harassment should not be tolerated in the workplace.
