Update: Sadly i have to update my review. I’ve visited this Starbucks quite frequently and today was the last straw for me. I placed my order via the mobil app and unfortunately when i arrived it still wasn’t ready despite the store being completely dead. Ive noticed it takes about 15-20 mins to get your drink in the morning, after 7am I imagine the wait time gets worse because some how they are so slow. The worst part of all is the coffee is HORRIBLE. I dont know what book they are going by but the coffee never taste the same from here as other Starbucks. Ive tried tweaking orders to have more sweeter Or flavor added and its always so bitter. Today i got the peppermint mocha and it has to be the nasty thing ive gotten from a Starbucks ever. Zero peppermint was added. If your going in for a refresher or tea this place is good. But the coffee is always a miss here. Im so disappointed I really wanted to like this Starbucks since its so close to my house but today was the last for me. Ill be going back to my old Starbucks further away from my house.
Original review: So happy to have a closer starbucks! I went early morning and everyone was nice they all said hello which i wasn’t expecting. I overheard the manager training someone and she was making sure they all provided good customer service. From what i can tell everyone is new so they are still learning and have to double check things so they do take a bit longer. For the people who complained i don’t recommend going in any Starbucks drive thru they are always a pain once the rush has started. Also if you Arent preordering your drink via the app expect to wait 20 mins or more. Ordering ahead allows you to skip the line. Overall im happy with my experience and will continue to come here. Read moreI originally came through the drive thru to order my birthday drink I ordered a pour over of the blonde I was told by a young lady that I couldn’t order that through the drive so I came in the same young lady that told me I couldn’t get it in drive through was my ringing me up immediately when I told her my order again she rolled her eyes I was rude I just wanted my birthday drink I waited 20 minutes for a pour over with 3 pumps white mocha 1 pump toffee nut with coconut milk I finally get the drink and it didn’t have anything I wanted in there so I came back in immediately all the workers stared at me the lady who serviced me had walked away so I’m exposing the problem to somebody else they question me asking was nothing I ordered in the drink and said yes she poured my drink into another cup added the toppings and apologized all I’m saying is to say I use to work at Starbucks I does not take 20 minutes to make a pour over nor do I only have to come in to make a pour over she just didn’t want to make the drink and was being rude to me about make a pour over ironically enough when I walked in she was making fresh pike...

Vicky who’s the drive thru girl who took my order was a super unpleasant and had an attitude for no reason. She messed up my order on the screen and I wanted to make sure she heard me correctly. I was very polite, I even apologized and she was mumbling stuff on her ear set before turning it off. Unfortunately I heard what she said before she turned it off. Over all it was an unpleasant experience and I would rather not deal with this ever again. I did let her know that she was being rude and her attitude was unnecessary. She then answer me again with her attitude letting me know if I still wanted my drink I said yes. I do have to say that there was no one behind or in front of me, so there was no reason why she felt the need to hurry me up while I was ordering. Not to mention she got the order wrong after all.
