These reviews are wild. The general consensus I’m getting from the reviews is, the owners are rude and they hate delivery drivers, even though the delivery drivers were hired by their beloved hard working customers. After reading several reviews, it seems like they don’t want food delivery drivers associated with their business, so they are intentionally sabotaging their orders, then responding to delivery customer’s complaints, and placing blame on the delivery people. It would seem, that a better use of your time would be studying chicken cooking temps and training your cooks. Chill out bro. It really doesn’t look good to people wanting to come visit and spend money.
Per the description on Google, this seemed like a great option during my visit, but by how rudely, and passively aggressive you’ve responded to your hard working customers who have complaints, and how blatantly, you sabotage your delivery drivers, and also how bold you are in never taking any responsibility for any of your establishment’s shortcomings or mistakes, I think I’ll pass. Read moreThe food here is over priced and not fresh. I live in the building. We ordered apple pie for desert and it was disgusting and tasted like the dirty oven it was baked in. Even the bartender told us it looked gross. We went to speak with the owner and he wouldn't even speak to me. He refused to look at the pie when I asked him too. He said he would issue me a credit in 5 to 7 Bussiness days, and dismissed me like I didn't matter. The owner previously owned a convient store on the 2nd floor which failed and I'm sure the resteraunt will too eventually. On a previous occasion My daughter and I went down to pick up our order, she is 2. Out of curiosity, she ran past the "old western" style doors into the kitchen. I went to retrieve her and the kitchen looked like a crime scene! It was dimly litted filthy. I placed an order from The Seven Bar and Restaurant at 1:20 AM, with a promised pickup time of 1:40 AM. I LIVE in the building, so it’s a simple trip for me to go downstairs. Despite their signage clearly stating they’re open until 2:00 AM, the lights were on when I arrived—but as soon as I knocked, they turned them off and ignored me.
They had no issue charging me for my order but completely failed to deliver the food I paid for. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. It’s a disgrace to have a business like this operating in our building.
