I just want to say thank you to the front desk guy who was on duty on August 10, 2024, at 11:01 PM. I am sorry that I didn't even catch his name. I was flying my drone that night to capture some shots of the fireworks. However, due to a misoperation and the darkness, the sensors didn't work properly, and my drone accidentally hit the Cirrus building and fell onto the swimming patio. (My remote control indicated an rough location where my drone was before it lost signal). I spent almost 1 hour trying to find my drones near the lakeshore but no luck and was trying to give it a final shot in Cirrus, I explained to the front desk guy and asked if he can take a look for me. And... He found it!!! I live in another apartment building nearby and I know this is a super small thing in life. But I can say not much people willing to do that favor for a stranger....

This building is plagued with issues. Thank goodness I am only renting in here. The hallways are tacky, noisy and unkempt. Management has to send out constant reminders for basic things because they have no control over residents. Management is slow to respond to issues that should never even arise. Door staff does not provide any real level of service or assistance. Developer has reduced prices and even then I would never consider purchasing in this building. Do yourself a favor and...
