I love milk tea and decided to make a quick stop on the way home from work, but the was by far the worst milk tea I’ve ever had. There were years I got it every couple days. It tastes like straight up milk with a teaspoon of tea in it. It took over 20 minutes while there were only 3 customers who were ahead of me with only 1 drink themselves. The place was basically empty minus the visibly annoyed people waiting with me. 3 workers making milk tea moved so incredibly slow and looked so confused half the time. A few times all 3 were standing around talking. I work in the service industry myself and always give the benefit of the doubt because I know how it is to be on the other side, but this was a little ridiculous to pay $7 for a “large” cup of milk with tapioca and wait over 20 minutes on top of it. I’d understand if it was busy or they had large orders to take care of. To add to it there was a women of whom they forgot half of her food order, it took her over 10 minutes to get their attention while trying to let them know she was missing food. At one point she was trying to tell one of the male workers about her missing food and he walked away while she was in mid sentence. Mind you she came back 20 minutes after initially picking up her food. When leaving with the other half of her order, the workers then started talking about her. After tasting my drink and seeing what the lady went through, I counted it as a loss and decided it wasn’t worth asking them to remake it so I can waste even more time or asking for a refund. Owners: highly recommend you train your employees on common manners, efficiency, and recipes. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless changes were made with front of...
Read moreHorrible experience after being a patron here for a while now.
I clicked pay at counter after ordering ONE drink for 8.21 from the kiosk. The employee did not even acknowledge or confirm my order. I am hard of hearing, and there is a giant plastic screen so I cannot entirely distinguish what was being said to me in regard to how much I owe. The employee then puts the card reader and after I tap my card, it says I paid 74.15… and I tell her that’s completely incorrect I ordered one drink for 8.21… she then does not apologize nor say anything just looks down at her reader and calls her coworker over. They ignore me for about 10 minutes while they try to figure out how to refund me, I assume… the employee then says I’ll be refunded without specifying a time until I asked when I can expect a refund which she then tells me 3-5 business days.
I am just appalled at the lack of attention towards paying customers and ensuring the order is correct and making sure the employee understands/can hear you. If your employees cannot even give 10 seconds of attention to the paying customer to ensure the order is correct, perhaps you should stick...

If heaven had a dessert lounge, TSAOCAA would be on the top floor. We ordered the mango snow ice, and let me just say—this thing deserves its own fan club. Creamy, dreamy, and loaded with fresh mango chunks, drenched in condensed milk and topped with a proud swirl of whipped cream like a crown—it was the royalty of shaved ice. Every spoonful was a tropical vacation.
The ambiance? Chill and cozy with subtle modern Asian café vibes. Staff was courteous, and the dessert presentation was Instagram-worthy (clearly, as seen in my accidental food photoshoot 📸).
Perfect for sharing—unless you suddenly turn selfish like I did. I came in craving something light and fruity, left with mango euphoria and zero regrets.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to cool off with style and flavor. Can’t wait to come back and try the other snow...
