This is our second time to dine in at Luigi's. Our first experience was good. Today, a different story. When we first went in there was hardly anyone in the building. Hostess asked us for my name and telephone number!?! I asked if there was a wait, she said no so not sure what that was about. We ordered the Italian Nachos and the lunch Chicken Parmesan. When I ordered the nachos the waitress asked if I wanted chicken or sausage. I asked if I could have a mixture of both. She said yes. Nachos were very good. Chicken parmesan was not the best we've had. Very little sauce on both meat and pasta. Meat tasted like it had been previously fried and reheated. When we got the check, we were charged another $4 for sausage for the nachos!! Waitress did not advise us of that when we ordered. If she had I wouldn't have ordered them that way. The topper was this, last Tuesday my husband stopped by to place an order to go. He was advised that they do not do that. When we walked in today, there was a women waiting for guess what? An order to go. We watched them bring it to her!! Last thing, when you pay by card they bring the card reader to your table then stand there! Not good! I like a little privacy when I'm filling out that information. Bottom line food is OK. Customer service is not consistent...
Read moreWife and I been eating at Luigi’s for years in Tri-City and always feel welcomed and valued. Luis is always pleasant to engage with. We would always ask him if and when he was opening back up in Chickasha. For those who don’t know Luigi’s started in Chickasha and then moved to Anadarko where I’ve eaten before it closed.
Luis invited us to the soft opening March 12, 2024 and we were very pleased with how the restaurant was flipped to their own design. The decor and colors are inviting, warm and relaxing. The setup is really nice with also a large banquet room that could be used for large parties or groups. The staff were very welcoming, quick although most were from other locations.
The food is always delicious, we’ve never had any complaints! The bread 🥖 is soft and the dipping oils & spices mix well. Salads are crisp and we enjoy the homemade Italian dressing. Italian nachos are smash hit and must try. Chicken cacciatore is my favorite and wife has tried most of the menu without any issues. Definitely another great addition to the city of Chickasha. It’s worth the...
Read moreEasily my new favourite restaurant! Many places struggle early on with the pressure of opening and the chaos of the public. Not here. They have done a fantastic job of the place from top to bottom - the interior decor looks fabulous, the seating is comfortable and modern, and the overall vibe in general is very upbeat and welcoming.
I was lucky enough to be invited to attend the soft opening, and have been back twice since. So far I have tried the ravioli, tortellini, and a ‘build your own pasta’ dish made up of rigatoni with grilled chicken and pink sauce. We also tried the wedding soup at lunch time, alongside the Italian sub. Everything has been absolutely delicious, and very fairly priced. Service is unbelievably quick, and the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and excited to give recommendations. Management seem to have employed all good people, leading to a great culture.
I cannot recommend Luigi’s in Chickasha enough; it is a restaurant that the town can very much be proud of. We will certainly be...
