Subway — Restaurant in Chickasha

We don't live near this location, so we hadn't stopped here in a couple months. We stopped to get our favorite Turkey Italianinos, the only sandwich we like from Subway, and were told that sandwich didn't exist anymore. We asked if we could get an Italian BMT and substitute the ham for turkey, they said no. They were more than happy to substitute the ham for Turkey for an extra fee of 6.00. We knew what we wanted before we went in there, so we paid it. They said there is no way to order what you want without paying extra if the "key" is not on the register. They also said that they were going to completely get rid of being able to make any changes to any sandwiches in the future. That you would only be able to order exactly the way it was on the menu. Ordered online they had 45 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. My husband goes to pick it up and the MANAGER very rudely told him she still had 10 minutes left, then took 10 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. Get it home and it’s trash, I’ll leave the pictures cause I don’t even know how to explain what we were given. We went back up there and she again was rude (yes I was rude, I spent $55 on trash) then she had the nerve to ask me for a paper receipt when I was showing her my phone with my receipt. I will say that the 2 ladies that were there tonight (both said they’re new) jumped right in and did an amazing job putting out the managers dumpster fire. I wouldn’t even give this place a star. To the rude worker who had no name tag rolling his eyes as OUR Autistic son was trying to decide what he wanted on his sandwich then as I ordered the new Dorito deal he didn’t even have the nacho cheese or avocados to go on it. Said in a rude tone I used all of it on the other 2 sandwiches then as all of my family was trying to finish eating he yells across the loud music playing in the restaurant and I quote “ yea it’s ten o’clock we’re closed I’m closed you need to get out.

I don’t know who the manager of this particular store is personally idc bc my family and I won’t come back to eat here. And all I make sure I tell my family and friends when we come back to Chickasha!!!
