I had to leave after watching a little blond waitress literally give a older lady that was asking for drinks that was forgotten in a order she picked up earlier... THE RUDEST ATTITUDE.. This little girl had the nerve too not only talk about the lady to other employees and in front her.. but then decided she needed to not help her for 15 minutes costing her money.. as I over hear this conversation I felt bad for the older lady. And I wanted to get up and show this employee how to do her job for her since her only concern was trying to humiliate the old lady even after the older lady asked politely for a drink carrier for 4 large drinks that child couldn't even help her with that she had an attitude when asked for straws and for stickers to be on the lids.. that child was rude and condescending... I had to watch the older lady try to take all those drinks outside with no help nor apologies from the restaurant employees who couldn't do their job to begin with.. it makes me sick to watch such disrespect from employees to other people just trying to earn a living.. also I had to get up and leave the restaurant... One I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN AGAIN... FOR SHAME ON THE MANAGER whom also.. treated the situation as if it was not their mistake nor problem.. and to cost someone else money because they couldn't do their job correctly in the first.. is repulsive.... I would FIRE ALL FOUR PEOPLE INVOLVED.. AND HIRE THE OLDER LADY.. I bet she could do their job and then some... Some people need to know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS... I GIVE THEM...

So frustrating. I placed an online order for pancakes and a chicken tender sandwich with added mushrooms. The pancakes came with no syrup. I did check online to see if it was something I needed to add but the only options were to add other toppings or extra syrup.. so I assumed that they would come with syrup. I paid almost a dollar extra to add mushrooms to the chicken sandwich but those weren't added. I also ordered fried mushrooms and they did not include the ranch. Offf course I did not have either of those in my house. So my husband called the restaurant and the woman who answered basically asked if I had asked for syrup and ranch. Their menu says the fried mushrooms come with the ranch so why would I have asked. I also asked for a side of jelly which was literally on the receipt but they didn't include that either. So I guess whether you ask for it and pay for it.. you should still have to ask again. I understand one thing left out.. but how in the heck do you forget syrup for pancakes. I guess it's a good thing I have plenty of milk to...

Waitress was rude and I was ignored until they had to serve me but really friendly to dog in that clearly is not a service dog and could have stayed home where it belongs

Save your time and money drive to the city or Lawton unless you're needing a snack but be warned they can ruin a bowl of cereal don't go in hungry and leave upset but you need to plan on getting extra food somewhere else if you're not broke when you leave

Please do every one a favor and shut this place down since it's obvious it's about money not quality of food what happened to taking pride in your work and service
