I am a regular customer and eat at least twice here weekly, but I will not give any business to them! Today we ordered 8pcs mixed chicken family meal, and it comes with rolls. Drove the 10 minutes home and opened the box to find out we did not get the rolls, so i calling the place and asked if i can pick it up tomorrow morning because it is almost 10pm!They said, " yes and write my name and my phone number down." However, the lady who picked up my phone said we heard you say no bread and on the receipt it says no bread, and i feel like what ? You dont want to give me the rolls? I explained to the lady over the phone, say they ask me do you want rolls or biscuit, I say I want rolls! I never say no bread! and she argue with me, keep telling me”yes , we heard you said no bread, over and over again, that really make me upset! I have to throw the chicken away because I don’t have mood to eat after had argument with her! They did not give me the rolls and no apologies and telling a customer that is your fault! This place is so poorly run from the customer service, you need to think about the long run business, not short term, the employees need more training for how the provide excellent customer, think about Starbucks, how Starbucks with solve this kind of problem? Drove the 25 minutes home and opened the box to find out we got gizzards after calling the place and the said it was gizzards. I asked if they could refund my card. They said no, " will replace order. " Told them not worth driving 50 minutes round trip back. Could it be another day. They said, " yes and would write my name down." Called two days later and asked if they had it written down and that I would drive to town to get it. They said, " will only drop one six pack of livers and I need a receipt." Told her that's not what I was told." She wasn't willing to budge. I asked for district managers number. Wa s told they are privately owned.. 3 branches. Left message and never heard back. When my daughter picked up our order which I placed under her last name, she was asked what the order was as she replied "I'm not sure, she ordered over the phone". They responded with deep breaths and made her feel like she had done something wrong when she was not even here when I made the order. I called her while doing arrands and asked her to pick up the order. I paid by card over the phone.
