Tried giving this location another chance but the workers here just don’t know how to do their job correctly. I placed an online order at 6pm and it was delivered around 6:30pm. We asked for a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with extra steak and a pasta bowl with just Alfredo and spinach. The sandwich only had a thin layer of burnt meat and cheese. No veggies and no extra meat. The pasta tasted like someone put a bunch of hot sauce in it. Both meals completely inedible. I called the store at 6:40pm and requested a refund and the manager said that she would remake my order immediately and get it to us. We only live 5 minutes from the store. Fast forward 45 minutes and it still hasn’t been delivered. I called the store back and was placed on hold, 5 minutes later a young man answered the phone and blurted out “your order is on the way” and hung up on me. I called back and they immediately answered and hung up. I called back a third time and the manager answered. I explained to her that my order has not been delivered and the customer service I received has been horrific. She apologized. I got my order 15 minutes later. Read moreVery inconsistent service and food. Tonight was the final straw. Called in for Curbside Pickup and waited in the parking lot for nearly 25 minutes after the Tracker said my order was done. Decided to call because the lobby says it's closed. Was greeted on phone with "Domino's, hold please" before they just hung up. Called back, same greeting but this time waited on hold for almost 10 minutes. Asked the girl for information on my order and was told it had been waiting but they were really busy. I didn't want a pizza that had now been sitting around for over 30 minutes so I asked to cancel. The girl called the manager over and he was extremely rude. Whether you're busy or not, customer service should always be a top priority. This manager offered no explanation, no apology, nothing. I'll be sure to share this experience with family and friends so Domino's can lose more business...

My Order says completed and i received an email about not getting the delivery right and offering me a deal. Are you kidding me right now? I'm out 31.47 for food never received and you actually think I would order from you again? Called the store at 9:15 and again was told he is out for delivery. At this point the food will be over an hour old "out for delivery" if it is ever actually received.
