I come here quite often, and the product is good, overall. My only minor complaint is there is frequent turnover which can cause delays. I’ve been in line for 20 mins at times when there are only 2 car ahead of me. This never happens at the Bridgman location which I’m always in and out of in 5-10 mins regardless of how many customers are ahead of me in line Again, I’m a satisfied customer overall - the employees are very polite and the product is always well made, but better employee retention strategies (higher wages?) might make operations...

I was talking on the phone with a prospective client. Waiting to get off the phone before I ordered my coffee trying to be respectful to the baristas. No one likes a person on the phone while ordering. I take my headphones out to hear them locking the suv doors repeatedly and when I asked why they would do that, they replied they could only see my shadow but one of the workers clearly saw me because she was out doing paperwork on the patio. Only the second time having Biggby coffee and this time I splurged and got a mocha sweet cream cold brew which I definitely enjoyed. The person we met at the window was one of the nicest and friendliest drive through employees I have ever met. Kudos to her. And to the crew in the back making the drinks. Watch out btw if your vehicle has a long wheel base as making the turn between giving your order and getting to the window is really sharp.
