Burger King — Restaurant in Chikaming Township

I was just treated with overwhelming shocking rudeness. I’m not kidding I thought I was having a friendly conversation with the lady behind the counter about why the Taco Bell was closed and she said people wouldn’t show up to open it. and I said if people were paid what they’re worth they might show up. . and then she says “well they get $16 an hour because I get $16 an hour” and I said “yeah but are you going to pay rent and support a couple of kids on $16 an hour? “and she said and I quote…“you should think about that before you start popping out kids “( because only wealthy people should have kids?)and I said…, and remember, I still thought we were just having a friendly conversation about people being paid what their worth…a And she raised her voice, gave me a dirty look, slammed the cash drawer closed and said “don’t tell me what I can afford lady!!!”and walked away and then I told the manager who was a very young girl giggled nervously and told me to do whatever I want and walked away. I can’t believe it. I’m in shock. I did not expect to be treated that way. I thought we were just having a friendly conversation. I’ve never been treated so rudely at any restaurant in my life and I do not recommend going to this terrible...

I have been here many times and each time I think to myself "maybe this time will be different"but that never proves ro be true. They get my order wrong everytime, regardless of what I order or what time of day.

It is a Burger King Express so they don't have a full menu so when i ask for a cherry coke they dont have it. I want a jr chicken sandwich for my daughter and they dont carry that product.

Even with the few things they do have they still get it wrong. When I order a crispy chicken, I get a spicy chicken. I order a 10 piece nugget, I get 9 pieces with a different sauce then I asked for.

To add insult to injury they can rarely hear at the drive thru speaker and you must pull forward to the window to order. I pray that it's not raining because the window does not have any coverage and is designed in such a way that the rain pours from the roof directly into your car window.

I just witnessed the black young man that works at Burger King yelling to an old man because he used a small "water only cup" to get coca cola from the fountain. He told the customer "you didn't paid for pop that cup is for water only". Not only he embarrassed the customer he told the customer to dump the pop in front of everybody. I will never eat in this place again. You guys need learn how to respect people and not to embarrass them because of an honest mistake. By the way I saw the order from that customer it came up to $9 I'm sure he could get a $1 pop. It was a mistake the guy was like...
