Very rude worker that I haven't forgout about. She gave me a wrong drink. She placed it in my hand and said what it was. I told her It was the wrong drink..I ordered a sweet tea.. it was less than 1 minute since she handed it to me and I didn't even put in my car at this point. She quickly let go of it almost making me drop it since both our hands was on it...and then she refused to take it back in the window. She said "Well we cant take ANYTHING back through the window!" I said "I ordered Sweet Tea, I'm on the way to work, Can you just throw it away for me and give me the right drink?" She yelled at me "I CANT TAKE ANYTHING BACK IN THE WINDOW." I looked at her so confused for her yelling. Covid has been over a long time so she was very unreasonable. Most likely, she didn't want to admit getting the drink order wrong (ridiculous.) I repeated, "Can I get the sweet tea..and can you please just throw it away since your doors aren't open?" context: They literally just opened up. The employee proceeded to slam the drive thru window so hard it bounced back. She walked off. I didn't even get my receipt... and at that point I wanted a refund. i didn't even get the drink I ordered However, she was very hostile. She has no reason to be so ill. Read moreFantastic! We’ve recently started coming here mostly for dinner. Must say this location always has such warm delightful smiling faces. Evening staff is great, we are always greeted when we come in. Staff is pleasant & quick. They make our dinner atmosphere cheerful and the days worries are forgotten. With all the COVID-19 & negativity going on in the world, it’s so nice to come to a place that makes the world seem a little brighter, joyful & lighthearted. We all need more of that right now! Thankful for this crew & their happy smiling faces. We look forward to dinners here. Highly recommend this location for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a midday pie & milkshake. Tonight they got very busy all at once. #Slammed! Have to say no one was panicked/stressing, they remained focused & stayed busy. Literally, I watched this crew run like a well-oiled machine. Service was flowing fast. Best I could tell all orders were flawless. Delicious! See for yourself in photo, dinner was cooked perfect. Tenders were moist, juicy and flavorful. Hit the spot for my craving!

Read moreI’ve given this Jacks’ customer service the benefit of the doubt 3 straight visits, but this 4th signifies a trend. Does it seriously kill you to speak to someone and smile while taking their card and tossing them their drink and food? I guess for this particular Jacks it does. It’s also odd that you can’t talk to the customer but you have all the time in the world to dance with your coworkers while halfway getting the order right and serving the customer a burnt bun. I have nothing against Jacks as a restaurant because I go to many across the state, and have little to no problem with them. But this one seems to go out of its way to make you feel unwelcomed. My advice is if you have a craving for Jacks in the local area, and time is not an issue, just do yourself a favor and go to the one in Harpersville who actually wants your business because this one has shown that it...
