Burger King — Restaurant in Childersburg

We've been here twice. The first time it was clear the manager was working and our service was awesome!! Food was ok. The second time was it great. The person working the drive through wouldn't speak into her mic. When we went to pick up our food we pointed out that a set of fries and drink was left out. She said oh that was supposed to be a meal? Didn't hear that. She then told us we could pull around and reorder if we wanted it fixed 🤦🏻‍♀️. She was also wearing a very dirty looking sweater with holes in it. 🫣 I mean I understand everything is getting super expensive I don't expect everyone to have nice new clothes. I mean I don't, but if you're going to work with people's food your clothes should at least look clean. Worst experience of my life tonight! I got to the restaurant at 9:29pm and was told that the restaurant had closed early because a “new” manger was on duty meanwhile they still have guest on the inside of the restaurant. Eventually they opened one side of the drive thru and let me place an order but I had to drive back around and I could not order what I wanted. I was pulled to the door to wait on my food an half hour later they brought my food out to me but my fries were cold so I asked for fresh ones. Kenny, the sanctified gay church man, cursed me like I was asking him to do more of his job then continued to talk about me! I completely understand being tired and ready to go home but me as a customer was also tired and trying to get home with my children and all I wanted...

Excellent food, clean bathrooms, and kind staff. I could never have asked for a better Burger King experience. In all my life I've never been to a better Burger King than this. When I look back on my visit to this Burger King it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Burger King right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Burger King like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare!
