Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chillicothe

So let me say this first your website is trash! No one wants to take an hour to order a pizza load this ask that too much to go through, next let me say that when I have a issue with my pizza I expect to be able to talk to someone locally not a call center who did not cook or handle my pizza ! And I don’t want to be put on hold forever by the call center either! Now, to the order Triple treat with two pizzas, one cheese sticks, as well as a chocolate chip cookie, for the price to feed a big family you would think it would be a major customer order and checked and handled with care. Not this order the pizzas were rushed so bad it was burnt around edges and raw in the middle with hardly any toppings, the cheese sticks (bread) was burnt so bad it could have broken a window ! Now come on this is not okay! The cookie is so hard it will not cut it crumbles and I don’t remember ordering from crumble cookie ! Get it together! Worst pizza worst customer service! Cute box though! I’ll gladly send pictures and videos upon request!

Gal taking my order was rude. Ordered 3pizzas & they were NoT the way we asked. Overbaked, crust was hard someone with braces could not eat it... when asked SPECIFICALLY not to do that by pushing it in the conveyor belt a little bit instead of at the beginning. Toppings were not edg-to-edge when we Specifically asked "No Crust". There were more problems & I never complain... even with someone rude I don't complain, but, tonight was supposed to be special & the fact she didn't let the cook know of our special request made the cook look bad when it wasn't their intention. NO they were NoT busy! The manager a year ago was so kind & helpful after we lost our home in a fire. We had our dinner there every Thursday for a few months until we had to move. I’ve gotten pizza here before and it was amazing so I thought I’d try it again. This time delivered. I ordered it at 9:22 PM, estimated to arrive at 10:45. I got the actual pizza a little before 11:30 PM. So about two hours. That’s a long time for me, as I usually get papa johns and they get it here within 30- 45 minutes max. It was a very simple order. Medium pepperoni. Nothing else. There was no call to say it would take longer (papa johns does this), the pizza was cold, hard on the top, and soggy underneath. It seemed like it had just been sitting around for the past hour. They did give me my money back to make up for it, which I appreciate. However, it was a very poor experience.
