McDonald's — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I've left a review before. I am a regular(AT LEAST a few times a week,anywhere from 6am-Noonish) at this location, usually for a caramel frappe. Im absolutely speechless how efficient it is. I've never been to a restaurant that is run as amazing as that particular restaurant, let alone a fast food and even more mind blowing its a McDonald's! All places need to be run like this one! I can not forget to mention how friendly everyone is. Not one time have they not smiled and been friendly! Other McDonalds management and owners from other Mcdonalds or resturants period should go through to see how they could give their customers a better experience. Debbie, the extremely friendly lady in the back drive thru has been employed for 17 years. She address' people by their names, which means more than you'd think! "Pull on up Rachel!" Makes you feel more than just a person that means nothing more than them making money off of you. Brilliant...

Morning staff is so rude young white skinny manager( I think his name is john but not fs) is rude as hell the morning shift used to be the best and kindest but he came to the window with my sauce I asked for an said this all we are giving you today bc I asked for breakfast sauce I said I had food after and he said what did you get? He didn’t even come back to the window had the lady give it asked to speak to him and he was rude told him been to multiple McDonald’s in different towns and never met a manager that stupid and rude. Went in today and order food, they had gotten the order very wrong.. the weather at the time is also 7-8 inches of snow and I didn’t realiz till I had got home. I called and told them and asked if maybe at a later date we could get it replaced. They told me no they will not be doing that and that I had to drive through awful weather to fix THEIR mistake. I told them I was displeased with that and they told me they aren’t doing anything else about it. So when I asked for their managers number and the person whom i was speaking toos name after I had gotten transferred from the already rude manager Gabe, they just hung up the phone like they weren’t doing their job properly.
