I was seriously banned for having a complaint to the manager for being treated very rude by a worker I was not in any way in the wrong and now I don't spend a penny here a day I used to spend up to $20 a day. Their harm,their foul,their loss. Don't shop inside.probably show it lol but I usually eat here at least once a day, just bc it's close and w in short walking distance. The food is always good! However, the customer service is usually not very good, when you walk into the "dining room" to order and or eat,I'm almost always waiting and my order time to get the food is at least 10 minutes. They put everyone in the drive thru and the doordash orders first, even if I had walked into order first. I was taught that the customer in store face to face was the priority,but it's definitely not how the workers are trained to do. This store is in the middle of the worst part of town and they probably get a lot of homeless people there but nobody should judge or treat anyone less than bc of that. I have asked for a manager several times and pointed out that but so far nothing has changed. In addition, I'm pretty sure that McDonald's makes enough money to improve the app. There should be an option to use the app as a guest w out having to give my information and life story. So many times I have changed phones or emails etc and then it won't allow me to log in and use it . It's a huge deal bc it's a difference of almost $5 I'm talking about for same items ordered and the price I pay. So I decided that I wanted a double cheeseburger from Mickey D's. After digging up a coupon so that I can get a buy one get one free how do you make my way over to the McDonald's on Bridge Street. After waiting about 30 seconds I get up to the window and I make my order specifically asking for only ketchup cheese and onions on my double cheeseburger. I get up to the window and the lady hasn't even put in my coupon yet and almost charged me full price. I whip my receipt out and hand it to her and she punches it in. Checked into same spot for 2nd order. 5-10 min pass and 2nd order comes out. Ask about first order, lady says she'll check again. Another 5 min go by, verified I was billed for both orders. I step inside to ask again because 20 minutes had passed since I checked in for my first order. Two employees assisted me and tried to locate my first order but were unable. They had zero information for my first order. Supervisor instructed me through a process to delete the old cashe & storage of the McDonald's app and then restart and load it again. Nothing changed. No new information. She apologized but offered to make the order since my acct was already charged.
