Mister Sub — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Tried so many times to get a hold of the owner but no one ever answered Ordered from Mr Sub from all your locations for many years. Ordered last week and after over an hour I had to call because we never received our sub. Girl answered, said she was manager and told me they did deliver sub but we never answered the door. We told her no one ever came and we could prove it with our camera in yard. She said she’d redeliver sub. That one never came. I called back and was yelled at for giving wrong address. Sorry but I’ve lived here over 30 years and that’s the address on google maps and the one they’ve delivered to for over 20 years. She also told me I shouldn’t order from them again! I have tried to get a hold of owner several times with no response. I have camera proof no one ever came plus google maps that my address is correct. I know it’s hard to get employees but at least respond when a customer...

I got a festival sausage sub which is supposed to like an Italian sausage with onions green peppers marinara and cheese. I asked for (and was charged $1.50 for ) extra onion and marinara. I didn’t get that. Not to mention the sub was already $1.50 more than their online menu advertised. I get the sub and it’s no longer a SAUSAGE. You know as one would expect from an Italian SAUSAGE sub. It’s a weirdly textured sausage patty like they maybe cut open the sausages made bun length patties with the insides and grilled them? We ordered a couple other items that when we were told the price of them it was more than the menu shows. (Large broccoli cheddar soup advertised at $4.75 we were charged $6.50) The best part was the poor delivery girl who said it was her literal 1st day.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Buns are made fresh on site. Prices are fair. The food is great but phone staff tend to be rude. Also they are frequently running out of popular items. Example; they don't carry any of their chicken items from menu, most of the time they are out of broccoli soup which is a shame because it's insanely delicious. Idk why they can't keep things in stock. It's very frustrating. Also the prices online are much less than what you are charged. My last order should have cost $22.00 according to menu prices but I was charged $30.00 I still recommend it because their food is pretty amazing, awesome and fresh and delicious so it's kinda worth it to put up with the rude girl who answers the phone.
