Subway — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I was recently diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, so I’m limited to what I can eat and get Subway quite often on my lunch break from work. Typically the experience is mediocre at best, sometimes the young man is at the drive thru window that you can tell is only there for a paycheck and doesn’t really like his job. He wads up the napkins and throws them in the bag like they’re trash, but I get it. I have a teenage boy at home too. Today’s experience was much more pleasurable. The two young ladies (one on the line who took my order and the one who was running the window) were above and beyond quick, efficient, and kind. They made my order to perfection and were very respectful and hospitable. I was trying to reach a manager to give these ladies props for just how well they did. Always treated well. Dining room very clean. Sandwich prep area also very clean. Staff friendly, courteous, multi taskers. I do wish they would have kept the Italian dressing. Overall great experience. Looks like changes are being made to a scenario where they make the sandwiches and tell customers the toppings and condiments compared to how you would like it as a customer, with the toppings and condiments of your choosing.. New menu board with numbered sandwiches, also shows what it comes with, ie: veggie and condiments. In my opinion that will hold back the refresh freshness, causing it to become stale and boring. Hold tight to what made you the huge success that built...

Ordered 2 subs and they screwed up both of them... Called them to let them know what they did and they said sorry. No offer to replace them or offer any restitution for their mistake Guess they were to busy goofing off with their friends at the counter...next time somebody calls in to report that they made a mistake make sure you cover the phone better while bullshitting with your friends...if I wasn't at the hospital, I would have taken them back and thrown them across the counter at the idiots that Work there... Would give them 3...
