Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Pulled up to go in with my daughter and a guy was sitting on the sidewalk by the door. He was all strung out on something. Asked me to buy him food. He said Hardee's kicked him out and McDonald's gives him onions. I told him to go back to McDonald's then. Ended up going through the drive thru with my daughter cause she didn't like what was going on. The druggies asked another guy as he was going in and he told him no. We told the girl in the drive thru and she knew about the druggie. She laughed about it. I said well this is a great way to run customers off when you don't address the problem. She just shrugged and laughed about it. Might wanna have a sit down meeting with your employees and teach them how to handle customers concerns instead of laughing at the issue being presented. If you don't care, we don't care...

Many times it's hard to give a fast food restaurant 5 stars. But in the current climate with covid19 infecting thousands of new people every day, I wanted to just say - the Chillicothe Taco Bell is doing an outstanding job of protecting the public and their customers with their drive through window. They wear masks and gloves. They use a cup to handle cash and change transactions. They basically do as much as possible to minimize the risk of passing the virus to or between customers. After the employee taking the order was rude and going for the second time in one night our order is still wrong. We talk to the “manager” to get the messed up items at a different time (don’t want to go back for a third time). Once he took down the name and items I asked for his name to insure we get our items next time and he isn’t able to tell us... since when... maybe since Taco Bell can’t make anything right anymore hasn’t been for over a year!!!
