Edit: This issue has been resolved as of 12/20/22. It is interesting that after leaving a bad review and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this was fixed within a matter of days. I am beyond fed up with this store and the management team of all TCC Verizon stores at this point. My brother did the $800 promo back in July for turning in his old Samsung phone. It is now Dec. 14th and we still have not received any credit from the TCC store/management. We have been told at least 8 times by Heather, the manager, that we will receive the $800 to our account which never happened, and the last time we went in she said her boss (who they refuse to give any contact info for) would write a check and mail it. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing has come of it. Still can't get Heather or anyone to return a phone call which is why I am leaving this mean review. However, a young lady came to the door I said, we are closed due to staffing issues. However, she let me explain the problem. I was having with my phone. She then tells me that the problem that I'm having is not a Verizon problem in a very rude tone.. I told her that anything that interrupts my ability to communicate on a phone that I pay payments to Verizon, for is a Verizon problem. She told me to take the phone to Geek Squad. Read moreThe young man saw me coming and took full advantage. I had always done pay as I went, $50. A mo. He told me that they had a special deal, trade in my 2 phones, get 2 free phones, and he would throw in 2 free cases, plus a liquid glass screen for mine. All I had to do was keep Verizon for 3 years. I believed him. Later, my girlfriend showed me on my bill where I paid for the cases, the liquid screen saver, and paying for the most expensive insurance on both, plus tech support, plus a payment each month on both phones! I ended up paying $185. A month. Boy, did I learn a hard, expensive lesson! I tried twice to talk to him and asked to talk to his Mgr. She promised to call me, never did.
